Piccola zona soggiorno con poltroncine, tavolo . L'angolo cottura si compone di frigo, piastra a d induzione due fuochi, pensili, lavello, è fornito di tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, non vi sono forno ne fornetto microonde ne lavastoviglie, il letto è completo di lenzuola e coperte ed il bagno di asciugamani per ciascun ospite ed asciugacapelli. L'area esterna della casa con giardino, è a disposizione e condivisa tra gli ospiti. Non si effettua la pulizia giornaliera delle camere non vi è televisione ne lavatrice.
