Shocking, very unprofessional staff, very poor cleaning conditions, and the terrible service I ever had at any hotel.
I'm not going to mention there is no greeting at all at the welcome desk, they even don't know what kind of room I have booked and where is the breakfast etc such basic things, on a quiet Monday evening when no others are waiting.
There are 8 glasses in the room and none of them are clean. I'm not talking about watermarks or something minor, you can see toothpaste, or other dirty mark on the glasses.
The worst thing is the way the staff handle it. We called to report this issue, and the guy on the other side of the phone didn't think this was a big deal, had no apologies at all and even blamed us. He even claimed his duty manager when we said this was too bad and we wanted to speak to someone in charge.
