We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Initially we booked it because the location is Ideal for going to an event at The O2 and be able to be back in the safety of the hotel within about five minutes of the event finishing. Via a tunnel that links the two is super easy. However, the hotel also has a gym swimming pool and sauna and steam room so it’s really nice the next day to be able to chill out. We are Expedia Frequent Travellers so we were also given a free glass of wine and a room upgrade to a king size room overlooking the Thames with a stunning view. Also booked this year ahead, so the price wasn’t too high.

An amazing stay from start to finish. Offered an upgrade to a room with a view when first got there. Plenty of space in the room with all the facilities you would need. Staff very polite and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. One down side, no price list for minibar.

A fantastically licated hotel for the O2 and central London visits. Thd rooms are quiet, large and comfortable. What really stands out is the standard of care from the staff, truly excellent customer service.

Staff are amazing always very helpful and friendly. Hotel has great facilities and even own entrance to the o2 which saves walking right round outside. Lovly breakfast and the whole hotel gives you a feeling of luxury

I liked how close it was to the underground and the shopping place. I didn’t like how dirty the cups were in the breakfast area. The check in was clueless by the staff and don’t have good customer service on the reception. The food beverage provided good service nibbles with our drinks made our evening lovely. Also George and Raman on reception have been helpful. Other than overall service of the hotel is not up to standard. I wouldn’t be staying again, theres more better hotels and service to spend my money on.

Excellent 1 night stay at the hotel for a concert at the 02. Also ate at Kinaara and had drinks at the 18th Floor sky bar My friend used the pool and hot tub too and enjoyed them.

My stay at IC Hotel at the O2 in London was exceptional! The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat. The staff were excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. The only thing that let the hotel down was the toilet seat in our room had not been cleaned from the previous guests and there was big red sequin pieces all over the carpet in the room and in the hallway, and a small gripe in that the toilet roll was cheap and thin, and the towels were hard and crisp when really they should be soft. It was a small let down on what I would say was a really nice place to stay. Fully recommend the breakfast it was so good, and the chef and staff were really friendly and very professional.

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, fabulous room with great view. Ideal location as only a 5 minute walk to the O2, and mainly under cover so didn’t need to take a jacket. Comfy bed, and quiet so I slept well. Breakfast was delicious and loads to choose from. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back one day

Convenience versus cost. You judge!
Lovely hotel and very convenient for events at 02. However that convenience comes at a cost. I consider the parking at £45 a day to be way too expensive and smacks of rank exploitation.

Shocking, very unprofessional staff, very poor cleaning conditions, and the terrible service I ever had at any hotel. I'm not going to mention there is no greeting at all at the welcome desk, they even don't know what kind of room I have booked and where is the breakfast etc such basic things, on a quiet Monday evening when no others are waiting. There are 8 glasses in the room and none of them are clean. I'm not talking about watermarks or something minor, you can see toothpaste, or other dirty mark on the glasses. The worst thing is the way the staff handle it. We called to report this issue, and the guy on the other side of the phone didn't think this was a big deal, had no apologies at all and even blamed us. He even claimed his duty manager when we said this was too bad and we wanted to speak to someone in charge.

Comfortable stay but some basics need attention
Excellent location. Checkin was superb, however none of the VIP rewards were honoured. Room was clean and comfortable, however very warm and air con did not work effectively in establishing a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was a horrendous experience and not worth the money and also took over an hour to get food and eat. Check out staff were professional and efficient

Wouldn’t recommend
Very slow check in. Not as close to the O2 as they would have you believe. Ridiculous pretentious light and heating/air con controls, really hard to figure out. Really hard to make coffee as lighting so poor. Uncomfortable bed. Great view though and the room service food was good.
