We could WALK to fabulous restaurants, the Falls trail, the Zoo, and the Bon Secours Arena to see our favorite artists. We never used our car for 3 days! Loved that! Safe area and beautiful as well! Beautiful historic property kept in impeccable condition.

Westin was the best hotel for our stay in downtown Greenville , SC! Very convenient to all locations , friendly staff and enjoyed our breakfasts there every morning . Would definitely stay at Westin Poinsett again !!

We have the option of staying at other hotels when we visit Greenville. However, the Westin will always be our first choice over the Embassy, Aloft and others. Nice cozy field.

Loved this property, my only concern was parking. I paid for valet parking each night which was pricey. It wasn’t clear what my options were. Otherwise staff was fantastic, hotel was clean and classy! Great location!

Way over priced $. No room ready had to wait 30 minutes was told 10 minutes - that staff member left because of shift change - then we finally went back up to ask ! Got a very small room - no chairs , no sofa! Did get a bike which is not up to our speed !!! Bathroom so small both could stand together Then a wedding outside of our door !!! So loud !!! We stand in a Hilton the night before at 3rd of what we paid at Westin. The room was large with everything clean and great staff! I am so disappointed !!!

Was disappointed, beds were squeaky, every time you moved it squeaked. No body wash in the shower. Morning of check out, we went for breakfast and came back to relax for an hour before checking out only to find house keeping turning the room for the next customer before we even checked out

We love the Westin. It's in a great location and has a very good breakfast buffet. It's a grand well renovated hotel that is worth the stay.

Lovely classic hotel on Main Street, which is the place to be near Reedy Creek Falls, shopping and dining opportunities. Comfortable room, friendly staff and inexpensive self-parking. Wish we could stay longer.

Good location, room wasn’t ready until 2:45 and was loud right next to the elevator and ice room. Would suggest staying elsewhere while in Greenville, price wasn’t worth the location.
