The room was dirty and smelled moldy. The lock did not work, we literally could not lock our door. Called the front desk, waited for someone to come. They could not fix it, but instead we had to pack up and move to another room; which was equally dirty and smelly. this is a low rate motel; you get what you pay for.

Room next door had parties all night long I think they were friends with the manager so he did not stop them. Constantly had visitors coming and going that were disassembling the toilet and putting it back together all night long yelling and cursing loudly slamming doors running up and down the hallway I called the front office they told me they had no other rooms available and my only option was to leave instead of stopping the party.

Don’t stay here! Blood stained bedspread (didn’t discover until next morning); rusty, dirty, stained everywhere. Next morning Sheriff is walking around - then discover at least 3 sheriff vehicles. Signs everywhere about not responsible for car/items. Employees would not share why sheriff there. Have to pay an upfront deposit on room - checking out they then check room and credit back. Signs about no guests allowed. People hanging out drinking, smoking outside rooms. Wish I paid more to stay elsewhere - luckily no issues… never again

This was an unexpected and not planned trip. The price was reasonable, and the room was relatively clean. The bed was awful though.

The heat did not work properly and after the problem was brought to the hotel manager’s attention , he waited until checkout to verify the functionality of the HVAC system. Once he checked to confirm my story after me checking out, he only offered a low percentage of my money, so I just told him to keep the money if that was his best offer. He wasn’t really interested and showered poor customer satisfaction to his hotel guest.

We were not able to stay at this property. There were people parked in the parking lot selling and doing drugs. The property is disgusting. Hopefully Expedia and Red Roof will refund my money.
