Stay away

Posted 28-Nov-2016
Hotel receptionist Lastacya, was rude and unprofessional. Did not greet me upon arrival. The room was not clean and unbelievably dirty. Red and brown stains was all on the carpeting. The dust ruffle was soiled. Someone blew their nose on the wall. The bathroom door had a big bash in it. When I told Ms. Lastacya about this she reacted nonchalantly as if that room should be acceptable to me. She reluctantly told me that there was just one more room left that I could move to. That room was not as obvious dirty as the first, but had its own issues. After accepting it, I later discovered there was a squished waterbug in the corner next to the fridge. A baby roach was crawling around in the bathroom in the morning and another waterbug was crawling up the wall in the hallway. A fly kept buzzing around all night waking me. I'm waiting for an adjustment to my bill as promised by the manager.

Nice one, close to my aunt's house!

Posted 21-Nov-2016
Only problem, not enough towels, everything else was great, clean room, refrigerator was clean, noise level was good. My wife has a service dog and no dogs allowed, that hurts. He very clean and respectful and does not mess inside. We would rather stay there than any other place, but understand.

Average stay

Posted 10-Nov-2016
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Good location. Bed was very comfortable. The room was small but satisfactory for 1 night.
Cons: Bed linens had not been changed from previous guest. Housekeeping brought clean linen immediately. The tub had hair in it as of someone had just shaved.

Choose Another Hotel!

Posted 31-Oct-2016
Pros: The only good thing I can say about my stay here was that the man at the front desk was nice. He was trying to deal with everything and was the only person on duty. For as busy as this hotel was, he should have had some help!
Cons: First of all, we entered our room to find that the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for a few weeks. Then, when we turned down the sheets, there was dirt in the sheets. The pillowcases and the pillow top had stains on them. We opened the extra bag in the closet and those pillows and blankets were even worse. I went down to the front desk to ask if I could move rooms. No luck - they were all sold out. I asked if I could at least have some clean sheets. I also asked for another comforter which someone brought up to the room about a half hour later. Even though it was clean, it had stains on it. YUCK! The lock on our door did not work. The fridge was totally frozen (it needed to be defrosted) and wouldn't cool items. Sometime during the night, the ice started to melt so it soaked the carpet. Every single cushion and seat cover in the room had stains on it. Then - to top it all off, I got up in the middle of the night and was greeted by the biggest cockroach I have ever seen. There was not another hotel room in the city or I would have left. It was NASTY!! I took photos of everything but I am not going to post them because I think you get the picture.

Affordable and convenient location.

Posted 20-Oct-2016
Pros: Location was good and it has automatic doors which is a big plus when your hands are full.
Cons: It could be upgraded. My room smelled moldy and the carpet was wet by the air conditioner. Also the bathroom faucet dripped. Breakfast was sparse.
Location: Near the medical center.
Booked this hotel to do business in this city. Price was good and I have used this chain of hotels before. There were some fixable issues, but overall it was fine.

Noisy as hell.....

Posted 13-Oct-2016
Location: I picked this location because family was close by.
Hotel was extremely loud,,,,,,kids running and playing in the hall ways. Every time someone left their room the doors slam up until 4;40 am. I traveled from far and needed a good nights rest. Did not sleep a weak at this location On top of this the elevator would not come to the third floor until you called the front desk. They had to send it every time. which sometimes took forever...I eventually had to transferred to Best Western Plus which I slept like a baby.

Wet carpet and cockaroches

Posted 10-Oct-2016
Location: Not much in walking distiance but quite a large selection of restrautants witin a two mile radus
After complaining about the wet floors and bugs in room I was up graded to a larger dry room with one large bug, but the manager was very helpful when the hurracain hit that they extended the same room rate I recieved from expedia while the air port remained closed.
