Due to all of the activities taking place in town, all hotels were overbooked. So we had no choice. The room was dirty and smelled like urine. Need I say more?

Good experience. The ac in the room probably needs to be checked. Had the thermostat set on 60 and the room was still stuffy and warm.

Pleasantly Surprised

Pros: Nice staff, easy access to VA and Vidant hospital. Having microwave and fridge in room was helpful. Jimmy Johns sub shop next store was handy.
Cons: Carpets could use cleaning and sofa in room needed some attention.
Location: Close to VA and hospital.
Was hesitant to stay here after reading some questionable reviews. Needed a place that had a microwave and fridge in the room and this hotel was one of the few hotels close to the hospital that offered them. We had a suite and it was very nice, clean and quiet. Front desk clerk Jeremy was extremely helpful as were the maids. Breakfast area was well stocked and maintained. Fresh muffins daily and good coffee. We will be staying there again.

Good place to stay for the price.

Pros: We had a room "upgrade" for the second half of our stay after complaining about the poor housekeeping. I also enjoyed the free continental breakfast.
Cons: Housekeeping services. The woman maintaining the "continental breakfast" area could be more welcoming.
Room was clean when we checked in, but it wasn't consistently maintained. We stayed for two weeks. I would say there was about five days in which "housekeeping" did a great job. On the other days... bed not made, no soap, no tissue, no new towels.

Drapes need cleaning. Otherwise room clean. Bath upgraded. Bed too soft or mattress needs replacing. No fridge. Coffee maker but no coffee. Hair dryer. No microwave. Guest laundry.

First impressions of the hotel were fine. Got inside checked and everybody was very friendly. Got to our room looked a little dated then went into the bathroom where I found toenails in the corner of the door. I also saw hairs on the sink, in the bath. The walls are very thin and you will hear other guests throughout the hotel. If you have to stay at this hotel because of somebody in the hospital of the VA or the hospital across the way. If you have someone in the hospitals and it's an emergency type situation or in a bind I would say this is fine but otherwise I'd find another one

Hotel was over booked. We reserved a room with two queen beds and were provided a suite with one double bed and a pull out couch (???) which was not suitable. We then were moved to a handicap room with two beds. The beds need to be replaced as the mattresses are totally done! It was disappointing to find that we could not get the room we booked, especially since we arrived prior to a large group that the desk said they were holding the queen rooms for. Front desk girl was indifferent. She was just getting through her shift ... these are her words. Otherwise, the hotel experience was good.

Frustrating evening/am

Posted 20-Apr-2017
Stayed for one night, address was incorrect & gps said I arrived to an empty field, called hotel & found place approx 10 mins later. Just needed a few hours sleep & a shower in the morning. Shower didn't work, called front desk they were sending someone to look at shower, no one showed up I didn't get that shower before check out time . Told front desk no shower, manger said he would discuss discounting rate, I said that would be great but I needed to leave....haven't heard from hotel.

Pros: It was clean, close to airport, and reasonably priced.
Cons: There was no shampoo in our room. When we asked for the shampoo, we were informed that they had run out. We had to go back out to a store to get it.
Location: Greenville has a great place to eat and have a drink called Winslow's Deli and Tavern. Excellent sandwiches and draft beer.
It was a very good hotel close to Greenville airport. We only stayed one night. Did not hear any noise from planes since Greenville is a small airport and has limited flights. It had most amenities hair dryer etc. but no shampoo-see note below.
