Hotel was over booked. We reserved a room with two queen beds and were provided a suite with one double bed and a pull out couch (???) which was not suitable. We then were moved to a handicap room with two beds. The beds need to be replaced as the mattresses are totally done! It was disappointing to find that we could not get the room we booked, especially since we arrived prior to a large group that the desk said they were holding the queen rooms for. Front desk girl was indifferent. She was just getting through her shift ... these are her words. Otherwise, the hotel experience was good.

Frustrating evening/am

Posted 20-Apr-2017
Stayed for one night, address was incorrect & gps said I arrived to an empty field, called hotel & found place approx 10 mins later. Just needed a few hours sleep & a shower in the morning. Shower didn't work, called front desk they were sending someone to look at shower, no one showed up I didn't get that shower before check out time . Told front desk no shower, manger said he would discuss discounting rate, I said that would be great but I needed to leave....haven't heard from hotel.

Close to PGV

Pros: It was clean, close to airport, and reasonably priced.
Cons: There was no shampoo in our room. When we asked for the shampoo, we were informed that they had run out. We had to go back out to a store to get it.
Location: Greenville has a great place to eat and have a drink called Winslow's Deli and Tavern. Excellent sandwiches and draft beer.
It was a very good hotel close to Greenville airport. We only stayed one night. Did not hear any noise from planes since Greenville is a small airport and has limited flights. It had most amenities hair dryer etc. but no shampoo-see note below.

Terrible

Room wasn't clean. Upgraded to a sweet and the couch in that room was nasty. Bed sheets had hair on them. Fire alarm went off. Bed was wore out like sleeping on a saddle.

Nice & affordable

Posted 15-Feb-2017
The original room we booked was very small & the mattress was in bad shape. I let the manager know & he immediately upgraded us for the inconvenience. We stayed for 4 nights & he wanted to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. The staff was always very nice & greeted us whenever we walked in or out. The rooms are nice but the beds seemed small. The beds are very comfortable though & the suite is definitely worth the money.

Stay Away

Posted 11-Feb-2017
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything needs improving. Better staff, get some decent food, give people what they pay for.
Location: Hospital across the road
The staff was extremely rude here. I was greatly disappointed in the young man's disposition. After dealing with a Grandma in the hospital with a broken hip, and a father who fell outside of same hospital and ended up a patient there, I did not need to deal with such a jerk. I also paid and reserved a room with 2 queen beds and ended up with 2 doubles. I recommend people stay away from this hotel. You will do much better somewhere else.

Breakfast needs to be earlier for those who have early medical appointments
