This hotel was not up to the same quality as other Holiday Inn Express hotels. Paint was cracking on walls, room was musty smelling, carpet felt damp, and shower had tried to be updated but was of poor workmanship. This would not be my 1st choice in Greenville NC. Need better hotels in this college town.............,,...,,,

The rooms were not update like the pictures on the website noted, the hotel ran out of towels, the room was not cleaned thoroughly, the toilet seat had cigarette burns on it, the pool was no where close to the size on the website. I've stayed in better holiday inn express hotels and this one was far below the standard.

Staff great, Hotel price high

Staff was kind and very helpful. Hotel price is way too high for the old rooms offered. Needs remodeling and WIFI was EXTREMELY SLOW.

Great hotel close to airport major roads eateries
