I didn't like that they didn't offer me a stool to put in the tub since their handi-cap rooms were sold out. When I stayed in the Hampton Gadsden-Allitalia sp? I was given a stool to place in my tub. In all fairness they may not have had a stool and since they were completely booked up they may have had other issues they were addressing. I didn't actually ask for a stool. If they don't have one they should get one. R

We had trouble keeping the air at a decent temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. The temperature control on the wall did not seem to work the unit, so we used the controls on the unit itself, which had a sign on it that said not to use the controls - to use the controls on the wall.

Hotel staff were professional and friendly from the time I called to inquire about the location, until I checked out. The service was impeccable!! We’re making plans to book the room for our 2019 family reunion! GREAT JOB!

The desk clerk was away from the desk about 15 minutes or so. No one to check me in. The gentleman was cordial and nice once he arrived, but it should not be a one-man operation requiring him to be away for extended periods...

Hotel staff was rude, unaccommodating. My family was in town for a funeral of a loved one and had the worse experience ever with these unprofessional people. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

very accommodating and friendly staff!
loved the room! clean and fresh... great beds! slept great! Parents were elderly so front desk accommodated us by putting us closer to the doorways and elevators so mom didn't have to be wheeled anywhere and she felt she could walk those distances... very nice ... ill stay again!

Very nice place to stay in Greenville MS. Front desk staff was pleasant, hotel was well maintained, and rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend the Hampton Inn Greenville MS.

We had a great stay except we could not figure out how to use the thermostat. Unfortunately we were warm much of the night, but it was probably user error and not the hotel's fault!

Absolutely the best hotel in the Greenville area.
Stayed at this hotel two nights, and the stay was very nice. The staff here is extremely friendly. If you walk past anyone that works here from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff, they will great you, ask how your are doing, and ask if you need anything. This hotels is very neat and clean and ran very professionally.

My favorite employee was the morning breakfast lady. She was so kind and had a great attitude, but really they were all so nice and accommodating.

Overpriced but clean
I stayed at hotel twice in April 2012 along with several other relatives. I was impressed with the cleanliness in the online ad, however,it was abit dusty, the floors needed to be cleaned & vaccumed I found a very big spot in front of the refrigerator. Also, th air conditioner had quite a bit of dust and debris where the vents are, the filter was clean. I stayed for two nights each time and requested that bed sheets be changed but they were'nt because I mark the sheets and found the mark at bedtime hours after I made the request. The price is also high. The hostess in the continental breakfast area was very helpful and courtious so were the front desk clerks.

Bev @ the breakfast bar was SUPERB!!! She was a breath of fresh air both mornings. The selection of foods available was also awesome!! The coffee was also extremely tasteful! I enjoyed my experience each time!!! :)

I cannot say enough about the helpfulness of the staff. Check-in, breakfast, check-out - they were wonderful. They even called after we settled in to see if everything in our room was okay. They made the stay so pleasant.

Greenville Hampton
The Hampton Inn in Greenville, MS was clean in both the lobby and in the rooms and well maintained. The staff there was very helpful and courteous. We had a large party staying there and often occupied the lobby area. While in the lobby, we often emptied the free coffee and hot water there, and the front desk staff promptly refilled both each time. I often expect hotels in sparsely populated areas to be run-down and mismanaged. This was not the case for this hotel. I would definitely stay at this Hampton Inn again if in the area.

This hotel was very comfortable - very friendly staff - full breakfast, but the bacon and eggs weren't very good. Can't go wrong with fruit, yogurt and toast.
