Even without an elevator, we did fine getting all our belongings up the stairs. The rooms were great and beds extremely comfortable. We enjoyed nights out and also stayed in. It was so convenient to come back and forth as we visited the downtown area including the parks and water area near the Reedy, time walking and bike riding on the Swamp Rabbit walkway, and enjoying the numerous and varied restaurants.The only location issue was the absence of an elevator on the property. Some members of our group had developed some knee discomfort during their travel to Greenville. Feels even more spacious in person. Everything was just a 5 or 10 minute walk away (or right downstairs!). We loved being able to go out for a walk or coffee or a meal and easily pop back into the apartment in between. The space is very "open concept" - as the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling in the guest bedroom and there were sliding barn doors without locks on both bedroom doors. Not a problem for us - but something to keep in mind depending on your company/preferences.Such a lovely space, though!
