Unprofessionalism in its worse case!

The most unprofessional hotel experience of my life! I made reservations three days prior to arriving at the hotel. My wife and 3 year old granddaughter had driven over ten hours from Georgia to North Carolina.when I arrived at the front desk, I gave clerk my reservation number. She stated that my reservation had been canceled. There was no phone call, text, or anything letting me know of the cancelation. Not to mention it's 8pm Thanksgiving Day! Plus, the front desk seemed to could care less! NOT EVEN AN EXPLANATION!
