I did not like the roaches crawling on the walls, floor or in the room…period. I had to get on my knees and hand mop the floors because they were sticky. The bathroom door top hinge was missing the screws, so the door would not close correctly. The front desk did accept to fix. We were maintenance would come the next day, that did not happen. When I ask for fresh towels from the cleaning crew on my floor, I was told to go down to the front deck to get more. Not a good visit. Don’t recommend!

Safe, affordable, mostly clean place to stay
It's a safe, quiet, affordable place to stay for a week or two. It's nice to have the little kitchen built in so you can cook some meals. I was impressed at all of the cooking accessories included (pots and pans, knife for cutting vegetables, can opener, cutting board, plates, silverware, dishwasher, etc. The room itself is... okay. The TV is not a smart TV so no Netflix or anything. Everything in there worked just fine, but it's all kind of outdated. It was all pretty clean, but we did see a cockroach in the bathroom. He scurried back under the sink. The water pressure was terrible so showers weren't enjoyable. We talked to people in nearby rooms and they complained about the same thing. The gym is pretty crappy. Even a few dumbbells would make a big difference. but the space in the gym room is limited so might be tough to make a good gym out of it. The staff was very polite. We really enjoyed the complimentary coffee and creamer. Good start to each day of our stay.

This property was closed to I584 which was the main reason for choosing it. Walmart basically across the street which was convent the next morning. The coffee in the lobby was like syrup at 7am and at that time it should have been fresh.

It's been excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean. The bed is better than most hotels. I don't wake up with a backache. Cable TV. Rooms are good size with lots of deskspace.

Location was perfect, Staff friendly, but not efficient. Had a auite and the air conditioner only cooled one room. Kitchen table/workspace fell off the wall, Repair was done but nobody cleaned the debris and left scratches on coffee table from the screws. Went to use another blanket from a bag in the closet and there was excrement on the blanket, disgusting. After a heavy rain we saw lots of roaches. Front Desk stated their "Sorry for the inconvenience and offer to add some reward points to our account. Other than that all was ok.

Stayed for one night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room smelled damp and moldy. They came in to spray the carpet and drapes. There were bugs in the room and bathroom. Looked like small roaches. The curtains were stained. Looked nice in the photos. Good location and great staff. Disgusting room.

Poor A/C Configuration
Great friendly staff and nicely appointed room. Hotel was in a good location for traveling with dogs as it’s not right on the road. They need to add coffee carafes in the morning. The only thing that made me crazy was that the a/c unit was right next to the couch which was super annoying when it was blowing.

Nice hotel
We stayed 3 nights visiting family so we weren't at the hotel except to sleep. Our room was clean and we enjoyed being able to make breakfast in our room. The bed was comfortable and front desk employees were nice and helpful.

The bathroom and shower was not clean. There was makeup on the sink and there were hairs all in the shower and up on the shower walls and it was disgusting. There is construction beside the property and that's all I heard and that should have been noted (or don't use those rooms b/c it's incredibly loud and not what people want to listen to). The maintenance guys started Weed eating/blowing off the property before 8am and at that point I just gave up b/c there was no way I was going to get sleep with the construction beeping noises and that combined.

The hotel was nice & clean. My only problem was the water pressure in the shower was very low & the water did not get real hot. Other than that everything was good. The location isn’t too far from restaurants & stores.

The stay was not good at all! There were mice/rats in the wall that made noises the entire night! We were awaken by this noise all night. Informed the front desk and nothing was rectified

$272 per night for 2 nights - 2 washcloths for 2 people. I go down to obtain 2 more clothes on morning of checkout and was told I needed to bring them my 2 dirty ones first. Really? I just dropped over $600 and you’re scared I’m going to steal a damn washcloth? That’s ridiculous. Also, my wife thought I brought toothpaste. I thought she did. We didn’t have any. So I go to front desk to ask for some and was told to go to Walmart. Even a Super8 has complimentary toothpaste, so I’m not sure what kind of extras I got for $270 per night.

Per our policy at our property it is requested that when asking for new wash clothes that we do exchanged them with the dirty ones. In regard to the toothpaste we do not offer complimentary toothpaste at our brand however we do offer some for purchase in our Candlewood Cupboard. I do apologize for any miscommunication in our procedures and we strive to prevent any miscommunication from happening in the future.
