Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to sure your experience unfortunately that it didn't meet your way. We apologize for the inconvenience for the issues you had during your stay and to know that our property been pest control regularly so I inform the Housekeeping supervisor to inspect the room but they did not found anything. Just in case if the housekeeper misses something also want to inspect the room but didn't see anything.
