Great room and great location. Room was clean and the recent renovations make the whole place really nice

Misleading hotel description on Hotels.com website

Booked this hotel from Hotels.com website for one night stay on the way back from myrtle beach to columbus. The description said free continental breakfast however only breakfast bars & coffee for was available. I verified the hotel's own website & it seems the description over there was correctly mentioned as grab n go breakfast. I could have booked a better breakfast option hotel in the same price had I known this issue earlier. I would try to avoid booking directly via hotels.com in future.

We never want to mislead our guests, and you are correct with your research, the various websites do not have a category for complimentary grab and go breakfast. However, we do offer a version of continental breakfast so we apologize it was not to your expectations which caused disappointment. overall nice hotel in this area

everything fine except the smell of the room. It was not smoking, but moisture smell. very strong and we have to let the fan run all day long

Spacious Room!

Rented a studio one bedroom. The room was more than what the pictures showed and at a great price. Except no one was available at the front desk when It came for me to check out.

There was old spilled drink on the walls. the tub was dirty and the shower curtain was falling off the wall and the water wouldn't stay in. The room had a weird smell and smelled like some one smoked in a non smoking room. There was an exposed wire hanging out of the heating unit and the iron leaked all over one of my shirts. They were renovating and the workers left the side door propped open all night I had to get up and shut it but it didn't lock so I did not feel safe. The only pleasant thing about the stay was the hotel staff they were very nice.
