The front desk staff were friendly, but that's where the positive experience ends. When we arrived there was a bin full of dirty dishes outside our door. All of the upholstered furniture and sofabed mattress were stained. The carpet in the hallway and room smelled really bad. The floor in the kitchen area was sticky. The breakfast area downstairs was dirty and understocked at 7am so it likely had been that way since the previous morning. We requested a refund for our 6 day stay on the first day and were accommodated.
