The lobby looked like it was washed with a dirty mop. The elevator had slimy streaks on the doors and the floor was very dirty. Refrigerator barely kept things cool. An ice chest would have worked better but no ice nor could we make ice since the refrigerator wasn’t working properly.. The halls and rooms had a stale odor. Wasn’t worth the savings compared to a normal motel. We won’t be back.

Disappointing

when checking in we were told they gave away our king size bed but offered a 10% discount if we would take a queen size bed. We did Bathroom had ONE small size hotel soap only. We had only ONE cup and 2 towels only. We will not come back and do not recommend to anyone.

It was fine, no real complaints. I received a better price on expedia then booking directly with the hotel.

Close to restaurants and airport and free shuttle

Very nice place and people. I could live in there. The only thing was not 👎 much breakfast.

The smoke alarm chirped all night even after unplugging. I had to put it in freezer to get some sleep, I was awaken by lawn care company blowing leaves all over my new car. I told front desk and they said that they would speak to him. They did but he continue to blow leaves on other guest cars. I even video this event .but decided not to post.

Bugs and rude staff

Never will stay again. Roaches and stink bugs even in the 4th floor.

Front Desk Experience not good.

Everything was excellent with the exception of the front desk. I arrived at 7pm and the door was locked The courtesy phone was not working and there was no-one at the desk. Myself and 3 other guests waited 10 minutes for FD to show up. Then after getting room , exiting and returning about 2am , there was no-one there, room key didn't work for entrance , waited 15 minutes this time.
