Our charming 2-bedroom apartment features beautiful all hardwood floors, a comfy extra futon bed, and free Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing or working remotely. Parking Details: 3 options… 1) There is free parking available in a gravel lot on the right-hand corner of Elm Street and Gate City Blvd, just past the traffic light. 2) I’ve often parked along the street right in front of the apartment building. If you don’t see open parking at first, loop around the block, cars come and go frequently. \*\*\*Although the signs indicate a 2-hour limit, I’ve personally parked there for several hours on many occasions without receiving a ticket. Of course, I can’t guarantee enforcement won’t happen, but it hasn’t been an issue in my experience. 3) Greene Street Parking Desk, 3 minutes up the street. GREENE ST. PARKING DECK \* Address: 211 South Greene Street,Greensboro, NC 27401 \* Phone: (336) 373-2113 This public city parking deck is across the street from the Biltmore Hotel closest deck to City Hall, Triad Stage, Elm Street shopping restaurants and more nightlife. Entrance into deck from S. Greene Street and W. Washington Street. Monday-Friday: First hour is free | $1 per hour, maximum daily rate of $10\. | Free 6-9 pm. | After 9 pm, flat rate of $2\.
