This experience was ridiculous . The front desk kept telling me they couldn’t find my reservation even after giving them my info. They older lady at the desk was rude and unprofessional.

Reserved a room with 2 double beds 6 months in advance. I was called the day of arrival and asked if I could switch to a king. I said no I need the 2 beds. When I checked in they only had a king available. The manager was rude and un sympathetic. Told me corporate over books by 10% and he could have cancelled my room. Being as my reservation was probably made well ahead of most the others I don’t understand them not having my room especially after the phone conversation I had with them. I did not want to share a bed with my traveling companion as my husband would not be happy about that. They did not care. Bathrooms were moldy and the shower did not drain. Non of the amenities advertised. The bar was not open. There was no breakfast offered.

Checked in and battery was beeping on the smoke alarm, the front desk lady was helpful but unfortunately no one was working in maintenance to fix it, I was moved to the room next door. The shampoo and conditioner wasn’t filled. The room had a Smokey Smell.

I was charged 3 additional times after checking into this scam of a hotel. They first tried to explain why, then the manager finally made his way out of his wheelchair to go to the computer and check out what really happened. I missed my meeting and it was a serious inconvenience. The room was also surprisingly compact. When walking around the room, we continuously hit our ankles on the bed frame. I would NEVER stay here again. The staff is unprofessional and crooks!

Issues we had were minor(shampoo and body was in shower we’re basically empty not much in them so 3 girls had to work to get it out of their bottle. We read online there was a restaurant onsite but it was not marked well it looked like a small bar did not see info for dinner. Other than these small issues we had a great stay

Ruined my whole weekend!
when booking the room, the one thing we wanted to do was sit outside at the pool and enjoy the nice weather in a different state it said it had a pool. The pictures were beautiful. Also, there was pictures of a beautiful bar and a great breakfast the next morning, we were pulling in the parking lot when I made the reservation room so I chose not to get a refund when I get there. The pool looks fine to me, but they informed me that there was no pole. They had to do so that used to it furthermore, the next morning when I got up to go eat when I went downstairs and they informed me that there will not be no breakfast for the day . it really messed up our plans because we do not have a lot of money to do stuff. We just wanted to be able to enjoy our hotel. I believe that if the pool is not working. Or not open it should be updated on the website daily and breakfast is not gonna be available you should also let you know that at check-in is expensive to feed families and a lot of people depend on Continental breakfast to save money. .

My legs were full of bites after staying in room 231. When I found a little bug on my leg I alerted the hotel management. The hotel management cheek for bed bugs, they didn't find any but I gave them a little bug to take out from my room to analyze (got no follow up). On the last day I found a large American Dog Tick on my leg and showed it to them. I followed up with the hotel continually after my stay and they eventually responded that pest control had checked the room and found no bugs. The bug bites significantly reduced my experience of my whole trip.

Everything was great except the breakfast. The quality of the food wasn’t good - canned fruit for fruit cup, but the staff was professional, friendly, efficient. The accommodations were nice and clean.

We’ve stayed here 6-7 times i the last two years and have an excellent experience every time. The staff is friendly and helpful, the entire building and grounds are clean, plenty of parking, quiet. We will continue to book here in the future
