Upon initial arrival (about noon), the front desk clerk was not friendly and unaccommodating. My whole evening was disrupted because the evening desk clerk made a mistake in running my credit card, there was a vehicle break-in in the parking lot, and the manager would not come in to resolve the issues. He left it all to a young, inexperienced desk.
It is supposed to be a smoke-free facility; however, I could tell that someone had smoked in the room I was in.
The same unfriendly desk clerk from morning before was also, again unfriendly the next day at, again noon time. I will not stay at a Comfort Inn again...anywhere. In my entire two days there I never saw the manager once.
