The hotel is dated. That said they were making renovations while we were there. Staff was friend and helpful. It’s 1 3/4 miles to the GAC and easily in walking distance.

I checked in look ok staff told me park around side so only steps the door said doing renovations three flights stairs open door paint paint chips mold strong Oder open door immediately called front desk want refund and will be leaving immediately.. she said will call management and call back standing in this dirty room bathroom right at door bathtub mold paint chips and bathroom ceiling caving inn. Left within 10 min s after arrival. Horrible condition

Improvements are being made. Furnishings are being updated. New mirrors with full led lighting made makeup application easy. Unfortunately all the lights in the bathroom are on one switch so in the middle of the night you get blasted with light. Bring a plug in nightlight to avoid burning out your retinas at 2 a.m. We stay here yearly and the clenliness and great staff, as well as a decent full breakfast are everything we really need. Heating fan system was noisey but staff indicated the units were being upgraded.

Everything was nice and clean in the room refrigerator didn't work the elevator was sticky

Proprty needs entire renovation. Wallpaper perling from walks, broken tables, king bed butts right again air conditioner so you cannot get in or out. Ridiculous!
Breakfast service is a joke, no plates, no eggs , no biscuits, no waffle mix, no syrup. Be prepared to wait for everything.

The bed mattresses were totally worn out. I had a spring in my chest if sleeping on stomach. And sticking in my ribs if on my side. There was a crackhead dancing and wiggling all around that came in off the street for a free breakfast that the hostess had to run out. It was unreal. This and a stay at the knights inn in Flagstaff Arizona have gone down in the record books for me as the two worst hotels I've been in.

Our room was right above the lobby, (courtesy of the Expedia rate) so we heard everyone arriving and leaving. Also, all night long we heard loud conversations from people standing just outside the entrance smoking. The heater was noisy and the temp controls didn’t work. There was an unpleasant odor in the hallway outside our room. In general the property is run-down.

had a terrible issue with the toilet had to change rooms in the middle of the night also The tub was dirty in the first room had to scrub it before i could take a bath
One of the 3rd shift staff very rude said i couldnt read because she had a sign up that said show your key card or go to the side door and i showed my key card she still made me walk to the side to get in was to cold for all that

We were in town to attend a concert at the Coliseum. The hotel is very nice, the staff is awesome, so accommodating and helpful. I left my watch in the bathroom when we checked out and before I even know it was missing, someone on staff had already called to let me know they had it. Loved our stay! Extremely convenient to the Greensboro Coliseum.

I was visiting NC for a graduation. My stay at Wyndham was great! All of the hotel staff from reception -the breakfast preparers- to house keeping were all kind and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed very comfy! Would stay here again.

Booked for a show at Piedmont hall and it was just mile from then venue. They ended up, upgrading me to a suite and no extra charging before I checked it as there was a problem with the original room. The only negative and I forgot to report it. The volume on the TV did not work. Could barely hear it.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!
It still looks, feels and SMELLS like it is a Best Western. ALL soda machines on ALL floors were out of order! This location should close down until it is fully renovated. We will NOT be returning until that happens!

This property is advertised as pet friendly, but the management is not. Immediately upon my checking in the manager (heavy set black man) noticed my dog. He then proceeded to ask me where I was going tonight, and that if I was leaving the hotel, I could not leave my dog there. I asked, is this not a pet friendly hotel? He said that dogs could not be left in the room alone bc they would bark and disturb the other guests. 1) he made assumptions about what my dog would do. This is not how pet friendly hotels work. 2) he made me uncomfortable when he asked about my whereabouts. 3) he should have been more concerned with the homeless people running in and out the lobby

We found the hotel to be in good condition, with no real defects. After 2 nights, we had no complaints. The breakfast setup works really well and the selection was very pleasing, with more than just cereal and waffles.. The atmosphere was quiet. The location is very convenient off I-40 and near Greensboro's Khoury Convention Center and Four Seasons Mall.
