"Staff was super nice, The bed was incredibly comfortable with a pillowtop mattress. Had a wonderful night sleep. Decent breakfast too, with scrambled eggs, sausage, toast yogurt etc. "
"The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was dirty and infesested with roaches. I have stayed at a lot of super cheap low budget hotels in the past some even cheaper than this one, and this was by far the worst. We will definitely NOT be returning."
"Loved the staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was awesome our whole experience there was fabulous clean and quiet great location for where we were heading. Stayed 5 days and loved it. Thank you for a beautiful vacation!!!!"

"The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Check in instructions were clear and easy. Very quiet and perfect location and parking. The host stayed in touch with any concerns we had (which were none). This is my third stay when I come to New Cumberland and will definitely stay again!"

"When I booked this hotel, it was not called Motel 6. It was listed under a different name. However, when we got there, sure enough, it was Motel 6. The room we were given had a dirty floor, the bedspread had cigarette burn holes, and the room had a bad odor. I went to the person at the desk, explained what the room was like, and asked for a different room. He was very nice and provided us with a new room. This one didn't smell, and the floor wasn't dirty. At this point, we decided to avoid any place that looks like a Motel 6. They all seem to have gone downhill and are kind of gross."

"Easy check-in. The house was clean, well furnished, and plenty of room for our family of 5. The yard was a real bonus for our 2 puppies to enjoy. Having a separate office allowed my teenagers separate spaces. "
"Got in late so the only thing I can review is the room. Check-in was great. It was very easy. Was saddened by the fact that breakfast is at 7a on Saturday and Sunday. I obviously missed that bit. I had an engagement at 7 so obviously no breakfast. That would have been good to know. Smelled a little old in some places when I ventured down to the ice machine but the lobby was nice and bright. Overall for my purpose it was a fairly decent stay."

"This our second stay at Olivia’s wonderful home away from home. The yard is great for early morning dog walking, and the location is perfect to downtown New Cumberland. We enjoyed going to my son’s graduation at Messiah and a very adventurous kayaking trip down the Yellow Breeches creek. Myrna (our foxhound) loves the upstairs, the yard, and the two dog parks within easy driving distance. Olivia leaves you waffle fixings, teas, and a welcoming atmosphere that we will use again and again when we’re in the area. Thanks again, Olivia, we will see you again next time!!, "
