We were caught in middle of a snowstorm while visiting family and had a 3 hour drive home. We decided it would be best to stay til morning. This is the only hotel in Brillion, and thought wed give it a try. Owner was very welcoming, checked us in, we only received 1 room key, which we thought was weird. We like to each have one in case we go out and 1 forgets the key. Also thought it was weird that they offer breakfast which is a plus, but that we were told if we wanted something to eat, to let them know and they would make us something. He said that most people get up early and check out so they dont worry about breakfast. Well I wasnt about to go to the lobby and ask him to make us something for breakfast. The hotel is very dated, carpet in rooms were almost non existence. No pool, definetely not what we were expecting for paying $127 for a hotel. We would probably drive to the next town before staying here again.

Great place to stay
Very nice place to stay. Friendly folks at checkin and during our entire stay. Food next door is good too. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Thank you for your feedback. My staff is best. They told me they poured you some beer lately at night and checked you in very late as well. They allowed you to check out late by 30 minutes without any charge. That itself says that my staff is best. I agree sometimes our bed may not fit all of the guests preferences and we will take care of it in our next property updates. Thank you!

Check-in time was super slow. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were very hard. Needed to go to a chiropractor upon returning.

A Nice Small Town Hotel
