"That Big White Hotel In The Middle of Guadalajara"
This hotel is like the center point of a lot of activities. Dancing in the lobby restaurant/bar Friday nights, weddings on Saturday day and nights. The hotel is always hustling and bustling. It's at a great location and expect the valet and front parking area to be full of cars.
Here's the downsides: our AC didn't work that well. It was either really cold or mediocre. The temperature adjustment seemed to ignore the numbers on the dials. The bedsheets are super thin, I mean they are thin!!! By the way, don't use the ATM in the lobby. It charges $81 MXP for withdrawal fee. R U nuts? Parking is expensive for visitors but for guests of the hotel, it's about $55 MXP per day.
Conclusion: I like the Westin better though this has the benefit of location.

I did not know what to expect since it was my first time in this hotel, It was far better than what i expected, my first stay i had problems walking and Fabiola Sierra /Chief Concierge got all the necessary attentions for me she was an absolute jewel, and proffessional. the hotel staff is very good and friendly.
The restaurant in the first level has the most amazing foods and for meat lovers #1 !!!
My husband and i decided to go back to the hotel for all the good reasons :
Amazing boutique hotel with incredible taste and art all over., beautiful rooms, clean, friendly staff, delicious restaurant where we dine every night, and specially Fabiola Sierra Chief Concierge that makes your stay easy and smooth because she helps you get anything you need in a very efficient way.
Our stay here was great. The staff was attentive and friendly. Whenever we needed anything, the staff was all over it. The staff turned us on to a travel guide that we really enjoyed. He knew the area really well and our trip was better because of him. The entire property was beautiful. We enjoyed that cat that was on the property.

The Guadalajara Metropolitan Area is the second most populous in Mexico, behind only Mexico City. Situated in the central region of Jalisco, Guadalajara is a major commercial center, as well as a hub for visitors to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Manzanillo. With its rich cultural heritage, festivals, and vibrant artist community, the city is also a major tourist destination in its own right.
