Nice hotel

The hotel was under renovation but very nice. In the inner city would stay again. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Bien mais en construction donc bruyant très tôt!

Posted 20-Jul-2016
Nous n'avions pas été mis au courant de larges constructions en cours et entendions des bruits dès 8 am. Mais bel hôtel et chambre propre somme toute!

Hotel was central, parking was provided which was great. Pool shuts early at 8pm which was disappointing as we wanted to have a swim after a long day. Breakfast was provided which was great. Options were great as well. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful.

Great find

Posted 15-Jul-2016
Great hotel. Very central location. Just 2 mins walk from Sauciehall Street (one of the main shopping streets). On site parking too. Was in middle of refit when I stayed so common areas were a mess but the room was great: large, spacious, with great views and great facilities including very good TV. Free wifi was bit hit and miss and kept dropping off. Overall a great hotel. Would definitely stay again

Lovely hotel

Posted 15-Jul-2016
Location: The location is the center of Glasgow right in the town so there are alot of restaurants and bars near by.
Arrived at hotel around 3pm and our room wasn't ready so the lovely reception lady (who was the chattiest, friendliest person ever! - think she was called Jacqueline but not 100% sure) gave us a free complimentary drink at the bar until our room was ready. Room was beautiful has been refurbed since last time we went. Pool and sauna/steam room were good also. Room service were quick and fast.

OK but will be fab when renovation finished

Posted 11-Jul-2016
Pros: Staff were great, has gym/pool
Cons: When renovation finished - it will be great but probably a lot more expensive
Location: Location - close to most things, have been more central in the past and wont stay again from a business perspective as further away from office areas.
Check-in/out - great/fast. Room - basic/unrenovated/tired/temp just right/large. Pool - warm/small. Restaurant evening menu - wide choice/delicious/good value. Breakfast - sufficient

Really great place to stay. Loved it.

Was a bummer that a group of parting prom kids ruined our last night of sleep (I mean it was horribly loud), but that had nothing to do with this great hotel and even BETTER staff!!!!
