Praktisches Stadthotel im Zentrum

Pros: Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit des Personals
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Autobahnrings, ist aber ruhig. Das Zentrum Glasgows ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Vom Hotel aus lassen sich schnell Touren durch Glasgow starten. So liegt die Haltestelle für den Sightseeingbus nur fünf Minuten entfernt, der Zentralbahnhof 15 Minuten. Das Hotel-Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück reichhaltig.

Great hotel in a great city

I typically stay at Novotel hotels in Canada, but this one by far was the best! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to a superior room for free. Close to everything within the city.

Very good hotel in good location

This hotel is in walking distance of various sites and restaurants. Rooms are very well appointed, staff very helpful, breakfast buffet very good.

tres bonne situation

nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hotel situé proche du centre ville. parking gratuit dans les environs le dimanche.

Great location to launch touring from.

Two days stay,good good food, used as base for trips around -Sterling, etc. Launched out to Highlands from here..quite convenient.

Shabby old rooms, but everything else was great.

Novotel looked great from foyer, the gym was modern and well looked after, the breakfast was great. The accomodation was extremely sub standard, very shabby and definitely in need of refurbishment.

Friendly staff, but housekeeping not so great

Staff was fabulous. We have stayed at other Novotel properties and been very satisfied. This one has some plumbing problems (3 of 4 rooms we stayed in as group of 5 over two separate weekends) and every room had things left behind from other guests (socks, balloons, toothpaste, etc.) behind furniture or curtains. Dusty, dirty corners and tea trays. Not nearly as clean as the Novotel in Edinburgh. Would still stay again, though.

Good hotel in good location

Pros: Modern feel, Bed, we appointed rooms
Cons: Only issue was small size of the toilet room.
Location: Centre of Glasgow. Everything close by.
Booked hotel as staying in Glasgow for the evening and the price was very good for the location. Easy check in and staff were professional and polite. Rooms had everything we required and the bed was extremely comfortable. Shower room was great however toilet was on the small side. Breakfast was very good and again the staff were excellent. Overall my stay was great and would definitely stay here again.
