A little disappointing

First, we got put in the wrong room, staff changed over and were very apologetic, we weren't too fussed about this. We then got to the right room and there was a very weird smell. Next week tried to use the air con and it didn't work properly. Then I went to use the toilet and the toilet is in one room and you have to go next door to use the sink and this is where the shower is too. Very weird and annoying if you ask me. Cleaners very noisy before 9am, on a Sunday morning when check out is 12pm I wasn't best pleased at getting woke up. On the plus side they allow animals and gave my puppy a toy and the reception staff were friendly.

Good location and modern clean hotel.

Stayed as a party of 2 adults and 2 children. Check in efficient and a nice touch to give our boys a welcome gift. No spaces in the car park but as it was Saturday late afternoon, parked for the maximum 2hrs in the street for £6 and as no charge on Sunday, worked out cheaper than the hotel car park (£8) Breakfast was good and a large fresh choice. The full breakfast items were buffet style but replaced regularly and a good quality. Would definitely stay again.

Only stayed one night with the family. Hotel in good location and has a nice fitness suite.

Pros: nice, clean hotel close to center with very friendly staf
Location: city center, train station, restaurants are very close to the hotel
no issues at all . I am more than happy to go and stay again. Good and fast speed of the wifi

Modern hotel in city centre

Very happy with our stay. Helpful and friendly staff and very nice hotel overall. The only issue we had was the window was unable to open slightly. But we would use this hotel again.

convenient hotel for city centre

Location: In the centre of Glasgow within walking distance of all the main shopping areas. Handy for access to the motorway.
No problems at all. I arrived after midnight. The car park is secure but small, I got a space no bother but at busy times you might not. The hotel doesn't give a receipt as I booked through expedia. Expedia don't supply a VAT receipt, so not the best way to book.
