I booked in for B&B but you have to go to the Novatel to get breakfast 2 hotels in 1 dining room I had to go outside and up the hill every time I wished to eat. Taxi had to drop me at the top of the street as our hotel had no road. The Ibis sells pizza and a bar thats it no food except pizza! I booked a disabled room I could barely move around it on my crutches good job no scooter no way it would fit I have stayed here a few times but won't again shame the Showers are fantastic rainfall showers shame

I checked in on the second day due to flight delay. At the time of check-in, they said they couldn't find the deposit, but it was canceled because it was a no-show, so they rambled and took a long time. Eventually, I was able to check in after checking the reservation number and the e-mail saying that I would be late. On the second night, the alarm went off twice, and all the guests rushed out, but the hotel didn't have any explanation. People gathered at the front desk and had to wonder what was going on. The hotel itself is clean, but the road to the entrance is under construction, so the sidewalk is not properly done and it is dirty with trash cans. I will never choose again.

Great for short stay
Clean rooms and more than adequate for a short stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Centrally located for visiting Glasgow. Would recommend the breakfast- amazing choice and well worth it!

The hotel is right on the edge of everything in Glasgow, and restaurants, bars and shopping are within walking distance. Parking is either street parking or a parking garage that the hotel will validate for you (we only found that out when checking in). The beds were really hard, which was the only negative.

There was full blown construction across the street. The road in front of the hotel was one lane. The car parking was a couple of blocks from the hotel and it was a city parking lot. My sister and I had to drive our car to the lot and then walk back. We decided it would be too much for us to get up, walk or pay a taxi to go get our car and then drive it back and load it and try and make it to the airport. We left early and they will not refund if you leave early, or if you book the wrong date. They have a NO REFUND NO MATTER WHAT policy. Their web sight does not tell you parking is blocks away. The staff said they would validate our parking. They did, but it was only for a discount. We paid 17 pounds to park there. They didn't even empty our trash or clean anything. The shower is on a rubber floor in the bathroom. The curtain doesn't keep the water from going all over that bathroom. There was a hole big enough to put your foot in on the rubber that connected the shower floor to a baseboard. This bathroom was something you would expect in an RV. The room was hot and stuffy and no air or fan.

We can't offer refunds for prepaid rates, it is explained in T&C when booking is made.You booked through Expedia and the website explains about parking :" - 24-hour offsite parking within 0.4 miles (GBP 8 per day); discounts available- Street parking available".I hope you will give us a second chance :)

We were unaware that there was extensive construction work adjacent to the hotel. This made things extremely noisy to say the least. In addition, only one lift was in operation throughout our four night stay making room access difficult and time consuming.

It was a clean room with clean bed . And had a clean bathroom with a shower. It had amenities of coffee, tea and a kettle in the room and a hairdryer. The receptionists were helpful and the restraunt was nice with help yourself breakfast with a variety of things to eat and the staff also in their were helpful.

Fine modern hotel, good location.
Fine hotel for a two night stay. Good location for shopping, clubs, pubs and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to both major railway stations. Construction site outside with the noise is a bit of an annoyance though this should be temporary. Didnt take the breakfasts as cheaper options nearby. Ditto drinks. TV options were basic but fine, beds comfy and clean and fitting modern. Shower was cavernous but water was not very hot at anytime of the day. Tins of Irn Bru and biscuits were a nice touch.

Thought it was a nice hotel just a pity about the work’s going on over the road,not hotel’s fault. Room was ok size clean but bed not very comfortable. The bar at reception is open most hrs which is good, even managed to get a pizza made at half past midnight,staff are friendly was only here 1 night for a concert but would recommend even if staying longer, overall a decent hotel

We booked a double room intending to get a double bed. We were put into room 108 but when we got to my room it was a twin room. Which wasn’t what I payed for or expected.
