Nearby is Womack Staithe, where you can launch paddle boards is part of the Norfolk Broads and provides access to the River Thurne which has great fishing opportunities together with pedaloes and boat hire and a village green to enjoy an ice-cream, simply sit awhile and soak up the boating activity and wildlife. There are many excellent walking and cycling opportunities available in the area, with miles of riverside and countryside walks available locally.
