"Had a very enjoyable stay here. The restaurant was top class food. We also ate in the piano bar and that was excellent too. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was kept clean daily and the Breakfast was really good. Plenty to choose from nothing was to much trouble. "
"This establishment is amazing! The rooms are cozy and roomy. If you're visiting for the races the grandstand is just a short walk from the hotel. The island is very accommodating in general but the biggest star of the show is Lucy. She helped me get a bicycle delivered to the hotel for me to ride around on, then showed me where to dry my clothes after the island gave me a free shower. She had all the information I could ever need to find things in town, and when I left medication in the refrigerator by mistake on the way to the airport, Lucy found it, called me and promptly booked a taxi to deliver it to me at the airport!

"A very well appointed hotel on the Seafront of Douglas. Staff freindly and restaurant was very good. French style menu. The hotel has kept its early years character whilst implementing modern touches to compliment the decor. Room was spacious and again well appointed with all you need, tea/coffee making, flat screen tv, fridge with water snd plenty sockets/ USB charge points. Highly recommend."
