Beautiful location for a great property. All staff very helpful & friendly. Room service dinner from restaurant was delicious & very fast service. Highly recommend.

The only complaint I have is that there was a dirty wet face washer left in the bathroom other than that our stay was pleasant. The guy at reception was terrific with giving us information when we checked in
We only had an overnight stay. The staff were friendly and the meal we had in their restaurant was nice and affordable. We had a great view also
The only issue we had was with the bed, where we both kept rolling into the middle as it had a very soft spot. My husband changed beds and went into the single bed. For one person, the bed was fine!! Overall a lovely spot.
We stayed in a ground floor studio apartment which was a significant cost saving, the apartment is spacious and had a fully equipped kitchenette. Lovely location with short walk to the breakwater and local cafes. Lot of on site free parking.
The standout for us was the staff, we were made to feel so welcome they were so friendly and attentive.
The restaurant was outstanding, we both had the slow cooked lamb shoulder which was exquisite, portions were on the generous side. Minor issues were lack of horizontal storage in the apartment the microwave sat on the sink drain area meaning meal prep had to be done on the table, again only a minor inconvenience. Would recommend and stay again when in Warrnambool.

Property was starting to show signs of wear and tear. The couch in the lounge room had serval questionable stains. It was rather gross. Lots of cobwebs, balcony was in need of pressure wash and walls could do with a repaint. All these things are superficial and would be fine if it were not for the premium price per night of $300 mid week that we paid. We choose to eat at the on-site restaurant which was disappointing. Waiting almost an hour for our meals and then they were average. Should have gone to the pub.
The location is amazing and the view is spectacular but the price doesn’t reflect the conditions of the stay. The staff were very helpful and very happy to answer any questions.
This place was nice but it's aging but the worst part is internet is unstable and keep dropping out. A Resort shouldn't have this type of problem and when I ask they can't do anything about this and said this it.
I rented 4 x 2 bedroom standard apartments. All were very comfortable, well equipped and comfortable. If I was able to recommend an apartment I would nominate 27 as it was definitely quiter than 7 & 8 which had alot of road noise. 27 & 23 were also cooler than 7 & 8 as they were sheltered by trees.
Staff, especially Claude, were extremely helpful and kind. Room had everything I needed, including kitchenware, nice hot shower, spacious room. Had a ground flor unit which was relatively quiet. Bus route 5 at door to train station, shops and city, otherwise it is a long walk to shops etc.
Mouldy shower, bed hard as a rock. Laminate coming off the kitchen and rotten skirting boards. Very disappointing.

Nice property but the 2 negatives for us were small 32” TV and all rooms only had single blinds with not curtains to stop light coming in gaps at each end, impossible to have a nap during the days due to light.

The so called luxury apartment was very dated. The apartment stunk of sewage. The bed sunk in the middle. I would not stay or recommend this resort. Great views when they gave us another room.
