"Excellent property overall in beautiful village surroundings. Sadly an issue with little insects in the kitchen and bathroom that requires daily attention to remove them (to be fair I didn’t report it as managed myself). Wouldn’t have found the property without additional info as address takes you to an entirely different road. Property itself was very spacious with outdoor space (though not enclosed and secure if you have young children or dogs) but a beautiful quiet setting. "

"We were blessed with great weather and that served to enhance our stay. As Grandparents we occupied the pool house. This meant we had a peaceful haven at night away from the main house, but could join in the fun during the day time when family gathered around the Pool. We did do two day trips away from the house during the week, but to be honest we could just as easily stayed at the location all week, there was so much to do. "We had a lovely break at Lodge Cottage. the location is so peaceful and the ground are amazing. we did not make use of the swimming pool, table tennis or snooker but it was nice to have the option. for us the location is a little too far inland as everything was booked up but that did not affect our break as we went out to the North Norfolk coast several times and Lottie our working cocker spaniel enjoyed a swim in the sea.
