My family and I came to Washington DC for a night to go to a baseball game and picked the Arlo for a combination of its location (~30 by train to the ballpark) and price. We were all blown away by our experience! The staff were so kind, rooms were comfortable and came equipped with everything we could need, breakfast at the hotel was tasty, and the hotel was so cute! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Breakfast was excellent and staff was amazing. The door to my room was challenging to open (pulling up was the only thing that consistently worked, and it would frequently put the lock out unexpectedly so that the door wouldn't fully close). Staff were very attentive to issues, but the ice maker didn't work initially, the temp control was inconsistent and I was initially double billed for parking (one on each room).
Beds are on the harder end which wad good for my back. Overall a very pleasant experience.
