This was perfect for a family on a budget. Clean had everything we needed. Nothing super fancy but we spent most of our time doing activities. Great location for walking to the vibe district or walking the strip.

The pictures on the website are deceiving, the property is in very poor shape. One of the rooms had a broken latch/handle for the balcony. The rug had a lot of stains as well as the walls. The bathroom was extremely small and the vanity/sink was falling apart. The hallways have no AC so it was very hot. The rooms had very bad smells.

Since I booked through a 3rd party the rooms I booked where not available although I paid in full 6 months prior to my visit. They were not able to accommodate us for the desired rooms and gave me a discount at check-in however when I checked out they sent me back to Expedia so let's how I get the discount they promised. Otherwise the hotel was nice except pool too small for the size of the facility.
