The holiday home (built in 2005) is located on a 3200 m² natural property. It is lightly, friendly and modernly designed on an 80 m² living space. The kitchen is complete with all electric appliances like a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer and dishwasher and washing machine. Stereo system and television are available for your entertainment in the large living room. Two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds provide for comfortable night time peace. Bathroom, separate toilet, storage room and garage complete the offering.

Das Hauy ist sauber und steht in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Durch die Hecke hat man eine schöne Privatsphäre, aber die Straße ist auch nicht viel befahren. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

#### Loin et non sécurisé pour les petits

Nous avions nos petits enfants (5 ans et 18 mois) la 1ère semaine. Pas de portail ni clôtures du tout. Route très passante où les voitures roulent à vive allure. Pas de draps et des serviettes hyper rugueuses. Alors que tout le linge de maison est censé être fourni. Nous avons dû racheter draps et serviettes ( plus de 100€ dépensés) ! Propriétaire en Allemagne et ne parlant pas un mot de français... Bref, cette location est faite pour des allemands principalement, et surtout SANS enfants en bas âge ! Le ménage laissait également à désirer... Les toiles d'araignées au plafond et sur les murs le prouvent. J'ai dû également acheter un produit spécial pour nettoyer la machine à laver avant de pouvoir laver mon linge. La télé également en allemand, impossible de la mettre en français. Donc pas de télé pendant 1 mois. PRIX EXORBITANT par rapport aux prestations fournies et aux lieux trop éloignés. Nous avons été très déçu et demandons un éventuel dédommagement. #### Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Gut für ruhige erholsame Strandferien mit Radfahren. Sehr gut für Familien geeignet. Gerne wieder hier. Gute, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Wohnungseigentümerin.

#### Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Ein sehr gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Garten ringsrum, schattiger Terrasse und in schöner Lage etwas außerhalb von Grayan. Perfekt für Familien. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!
