"An employee was talking loudly with another employee in front of guests, including children, at breakfast and she was dropping f-bombs. Check in employee was very friendly. The floor in our room had not been swept or vacuumed. There was long blond hair and dirt everywhere. As the hotel was fully booked and it was after 5pm, we used a towel clean up the floor."

"The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night as we were there for a graduation and it was conveniently located to where we had to go. However, if I ever find myself in the area again, I would definitely stay there."

"Beautiful hotel, fantastic restaurant on site "Siena". Room was beautiful but TV did NOT work, kept tuning out and staff not able to fix. Would be great if they offered daily breakfast not just weekends. Lobby is lovely, staff is very attentive!"

"Everything was excellent—we had a great stay and would absolutely return. The only minor issue was that the mattresses felt a bit worn and slightly saggy and could use an update. There’s no on-site parking, but the parking garage is less than a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which was still very convenient."

"The host was great and responded to all of our questions and issues very quickly and let us check in early after our flight landed early. The space was great for what we needed, but I would note the floors are a little thin so you can hear residents above and below pretty easily."

"Positives: Three bedrooms; great water pressure in the bathroom (it felt like a massage and a shower); within a mile of pretty much everything we wanted to see/do; close to the train station (close enough to walk).Negatives: No TV, microwave, glasses, or bowls (granted they weren't listed under amenities, but these seem like they should be pretty standard; loud neighbors and paper-thin walls (we were in bed by 10 PM, seems like everyone else was getting up at 11 PM to 'go out'; area wasn't technically the ghetto, but it was ghetto-like (homeless, people going through other folks garbage for who-knows-what); smell of marijuana on the streets (and through the vents); gas oven wasn't plugged in (had to figure that out to get the burner lit); toilet paper was provided as stated in the description (yeah, one roll, for four people, with no back up? Thank goodness there was a stop-and-rob mini-mart around the corner)."
