We had a lovely, large room overlooking the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful showing us where to hike and explaining the many different transportation options. They gave us two smart cards upon arrival that we used for access to numerous gondolas, cable cars and funiculars. Would highly recommend.

The Kulm is an amazing hotel and probably one of the best I have ever stayed at, including the Paris Ritz. Service, location, rooms and main galleries were better than 5 star. This hotel exceeded every expectation and is my new benchmark for the ultimate in hotel experiences.

Beautiful but poor customer svc & management!
Beautiful property at one time but we were disappointed with the front desk service. Our room overlooked major roadwork construction and there was constant noise. Normally their double pane windows would have kept things quiet but what we didn't realize was that this luxury property had no AC and our visit for 4 very warm days. No AC and no portable fan was offered in the room (not that there would have been enough space to even fit a portable fan in the room since it was very small). We suffered for the 1st 3 nights and since the hotel was less full on the 4th day we asked if for at least 1 night we might be moved to a quieter room and their answer was NO! The F&B was great! Staff were mostly sweet Italians! Very nice pool areas! Free Bikes (only 2 were available) were very fun to take around! Overall we could have had one of our best vacations but it was ruined by the staff who could not see the logic in making a simple customer service gesture after a legitimate and accepted shortcoming of their property - no ac, no fans and can't open windows due to construction dust and noise on top of which they had vacant rooms on the quiet side which they could easily given us for the last of our miserable 4 nights!

High temperatures in the mountains are unusual and air condition would have been an advantage. Unfortunately, for economic reasons, Swiss law does not allow air condition in the mountains, neither in new renovated rooms. In our region (St. Moritz is situated at 1’822 m above sea level) air condition is generally not necessary and if so, only very few days a year. What the portable fan concerns, for sure we could have satisfied you wish, if we would had known directly on-site. Great location overlooking the lake. Lovely views over the lake. Spa was fantastic - large swimming pool and different steam rooms and saunas to choose from. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Overall a brilliant hotel.

Friendly front desk staff and great location. An impressive historical hotel. No air conditioner though...which generally is Ok but for people like me who is afraid of heat, it could be a little problematic.

No AC in rooms & Construction Road Noise Rooms
We booked multiple rooms for 4+ nights each here but unfortunately 4 out of the 8 rooms faced the road and parking lot side of the hotel and unfortunately between the road work construction noise and the parking lot and all the trucks/buses none of our guests could get a decent afternoon/evening nap and it was generally disturbing through the stay. There is NO AC in even the remodeled new wing of this hotel and the week we stayed saw temperatures of 30 degrees Celsius and above! If you keep the windows closed the room was too hot and if you keep them open there was noise! After 3 nights of suffering we contacted the front desk to see if for just the last midweek night they might accommodate us in a room facing the lake as a courtesy and the Front Desk Manager called back and said NO! they could do nothing for us! So without AC on 30+ degree days with construction + road noise we paid a premium for this Resort! Simply unacceptable

Excellent hotel in St. Moritz
This is an excellent hotel in a special place. Highly recommended for friendly and professional staff, superb spa facilities and high quality breakfast buffet. The room was nice, with fine sheeting and good reading lamps. TV had channels in a wide range of languages. Recommended for any sort of traveller. Will return for the ski season.

Relaxation at the Kulm Hotel St Moritz
After traveling for several days in Italy, my husband and I arrived on the Bernina Express to St Moritz and had the most relaxing time at the Kulm Hotel. The spa is incredible - with a large indoor swimming pool, outdoor infinity pool, saunas, foot soaks, relaxation beds and complimentary tea and fruit. The hotel itself has a lot of charm and character, but is also going through some remodeling. Our room was in a renovated section of the hotel and was absolutely spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the views out into the town were very charming. The hotel is located in a central area, close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended all around.

Historical perfection
This hotel has a long history in Saint Moritz. The staff was amazing as well as the spa facilities. The ski package was a great offer and they had a shuttle to take you back and forth to the lifts. There were three restaurants on site and all were excellent. The perfect place for us to check off skiing in the Alps off our bilucket list.

Winter Wonderland!!!!
From the moment we arrived our experience was amazing! The staff treated us like we were royalty. Kulm - two days of perfection
Two nights at this majestic hotel in a stunning setting in St. Moritz. One of the great hotels of the world in my experience. Room with view of the lake was sumptuous, bed was so comfortable and comes with a menu of pillow choices! All staff and service are impeccable, pool and spa, sauna, steam world are simply out of this world. Breakfast buffet is included and beyond comparison - come hungry, take your time and savor the incredible selection.

The world's best hotel, services, spa and gym.
We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is superb and the staff are outstandingly kind, caring and helpful. The spa is particularly beautiful and exceptional - a large indoor pool, warm indoor jacuzzi and warm outdoor pool with jacuzzi jets - all with breathtaking views of the Alps. The gym, sauna and steam rooms are also remarkable and very high quality. Then the gym and massage ... another five stars (or ten more stars if that's possible).

my most fantastic 4 days.
once of my best stays between france , interlaken, italy. i felt very much at home in your hotel, and ST MORITZ as a place.....excellent, will definately be back. your entire staff especially your conceierge......brilliant.
