Badrutt's was a real BAD ROUTE!

Most terrible night sleeps ever in a hotel, no AC, no temperature control , reception staff are the worst , specially the one checked me out . The concierge staff are the best in this hotel. Corridors of this hotel smell like stables, never been cleaned since installation . Definitely no coming back. Advice people not to go .

Amazed, Delighted, & Enchanted - BEST!

ENCHANTED at every step. We checked in for the last night of our HONEYMOON and were absolutely enchanted by the warm welcome and romance with which all the staff at Badrutt's Palace enveloped us. With a surprise of rose petals in our room, the spectacular view of the lake and Alps transported us to a magical place in a well appointed room that was clean, elegant, roomy, and impeccably decorated. The shower had amazing pressure and everything was modern yet classic. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lake greeted us each morning and the staff knew our names personally within hours. We had such an amazing time we paid to change our flight tickets and stayed another night to dive deeper into the Alps. The staff guided us to great restaurants, beautiful views, and top shopping. The pool (both indoors and out) was simply amazing and we treasured our stolen time relaxing both morning and night in its waters overlooking the Alps. As two seasoned travelers, we both left the hotel saying this was the TOP EXPERIENCE of our lives across many 5 star hotels.

Great hotel but we had to pay to upgrade the rooms and it was empty Only the ros that see the lake are nice the other ones are more or less

It really is a palace

Expensive, but worth it. Great service and the hotel is very big. The spa and pool are well worth a visit when you are there.
