連絡はしておりませんでしたが、サンモリッツ駅へ、ロールスロイスでの送迎もあり、お部屋もアップグレードして戴きゆっくりと寛ぐ事が出来ました。又いつか訪れてみたいと思います。

Badrutt's was a real BAD ROUTE!

Most terrible night sleeps ever in a hotel, no AC, no temperature control , reception staff are the worst , specially the one checked me out . The concierge staff are the best in this hotel. Corridors of this hotel smell like stables, never been cleaned since installation . Definitely no coming back. Advice people not to go .

Superb, very good service. They provided us with complimentary transfers with the hotel car to restaurants and tourist attractions in the city too. Definitely one of those 5-star stay that is very original and true to its culture. Not just any 5-star hotel.

방 상태도 아주 좋았고 청결하며 호수 뷰가 아주 예쁨. 직원들은 언제나 상냥하고 친절하며 항상 협조적이어서 정말 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다. 특히 픽업서비스가 아주 인상적이었고 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔. 벌써부터 너무 그립네요 주변에도 적극 추천하고 싶습니다.
