Fully remodeled 1905 house with updated electrical & plumbing, finished with modern amenities. Great place to kick off your shoes and relax. Enjoy a cozy, bright, colorful and eclectic space. Two comfortable bedrooms, one with a King sized bed the other with a queen bed. Each with an adjacent bathroom for comfort and privacy. The space Fully equipped Kitchen, with modern amenities. Keurig coffee maker and French Press available. Fully fenced in backyard with relaxing chairs and table under a covered patio with ceiling fan. Small dogs (under 25pounds, limit 2) are welcome please clean up after your pets. Guest access WiFi enabled keyless entry Other things to note We do not charge a pet fee if you disclose you are bringing a small (under 25lbs) dog, limit two. Undisclosed pet fee is $50 per dog. No cats allowed. There will be a $500 fee for bringing a cat onto the property.
