In need of some general care - the lift broke down - but we were immediately moved to a ground floor room without having to ask for a move. The staff were all lovely and helpful.

    Lovely weekend break

Stayed here on a “My Hotel Break” deal, bed & breakfast but paid an extra £10 per person which gave us £30 for dinner and drinks. The food was excellent, good choice of menu and very tasty. Waiter service could have been better, we had to ask to get a drink from the bar and also for sauces to accompany our meals. Myself and my husband thought that breakfast was mediocre, it wasn’t very hot and they weren’t on top of keeping the hot trays full, would have liked to have had beans on offer-tattie scones are an acquired taste. However, we would definitely stay here again, the room was very clean and comfortable and we slept really well both nights. A nice walk into Grantown-on-Spey and a good variety of shops to browse around.

They did not have any highchairs in the restaurant which if your selling rooms as family rooms you should have highchairs available. Room and hotel was fine could do with a freshen up.
