"First nights sleep interrupted abruptly by fire alarm going off at 4am, bathroom smelt of mould, mattress as stiff as an ironing board. Check in staff in reception upon arrival were good. "

"Lovely hotel, car park below with ample parking. Nice breakfast, huge beds, only critic is bath with shower. No walk in shower which with mobility issues did mean mom couldn’t shower. Lovely service and vibe, can’t fault the hotel. Thank you "

"Have stayed here a few times but would maybe try somewhere else next time. It’s a shame but basic things let it down. No sugar in the room. Very poor tv signal which was so bad we could not watch the tv. When we mentioned it at reception we got told the signal was not good in that room. So why not sort it !! Dinner was excellent however the service was dismal. Waited 25 mins for our plates to be cleared and then another 25 minute wait for dessert. All in all very disappointing for the price. "
