The bed was comfortable, the room is relavitely wide. However it is far from city centere and inconvenient for sea holidays.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room was dirty and smelled unpleasant. The staff was rude and uncooperative. We didn’t have a refrigerator in the room and couldn’t store our own drinks in the hotel. The parking lot was too small for our car, and the hotel was located in a remote industrial area without any shopping or kiosks. The price-performance ratio was very poor. We cannot recommend this hotel.

The staff in the hotel were very helpful & kind. Michelle went above & beyond for us & i cannot thank her enough. The food was delicious & the beds were so comfy. Its quite a way out from the city though. That was my fault as i booked last minute. I tried to exchange to a nearby city hotel beforehand but expedia wouldnt let me.

I would stay here again if I was driving
The hotel looks pretty new. The room was clean and comfortable. The service at the bar was very good, the hamburger I had for dinner was just ok. The breakfast buffet is another extra $8 but it is worth it (no eggs though). The receptionist in the evening shift was not the best but the one who checked me out in the morning was lovely. I would stay here again but only if I was driving like this time. Staying here without a car is probably not a good idea because there is nothing close by.

The staff was very knowledgable in regards to the area and things to do! They were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable! The hotel is away from the tourist area which is great because it's quiet amd allows you to relax after a long day!

The staff at the front desk and bar area were awesome. Please be aware the location of this property is 25 to 30 minutes car ride from Barcelona. Property is located in a small town surrounded by factories. Simple, yet complete breakfast is served between 6:30- 10:30am

A real home away from home
What a fantastic crew from Carlos, Maria, reception staff, chef, housekeeping and anyone we've forgotten to acknowledge, a huge thankyou for going that bit further. You say "if there's anything we can do, just let us know " and you are the first hitel that really means it. A great visit to your fabulous hotel with grest rooms, comfort plus and all around best stay on our trip around Europe. Hapoy to come to Porto for grand opening... ??

Great budget hotel next to the famous race track. Bathroom was small and weird, but clean and worked. The heater didn't work, so I got a small space heater, and actually it was fine. Other than that everything was nice.

It was a comfortable room as we had an extra single bed in the room. The bathroom was like all Ibis bathrooms with very good showers. What we missed was the tea/coffee facility.

The hotel staff were excellent, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, including providing us with something to eat at 11:00pm just as the restaurant was closing. The hotel was one of the better Ibis hotel chain we have stayed in and although a little out of the way, we would be happy to stay again.

Extortionate price to have your pet in the room.
I've been staying here for around 12 years now and always been pleased with everything .. but I am horrified to see that they now charge 15 EUROS PER PET! Absolutely outrageous! All the Ibis hotels that I have stayed in, in France in recent months charge 5 euros per pet, even the Ibis in Girona, just up the road, only charges 7 euros. I will now be thinking twice about staying there again,, very disappointing..

Fun and relaxed feel
Just passing through Granollers and wanted to be near the Catalunya race track. The hotel has a fun theme and they have done away with a typical reception-style lobby. Confusing at forst but much more relaxed. We liked it. The room was clean and wverything we needed. The public bathroom in the lobby/restaurant area was not cery clean but that was the only thing we noticed.

Perfect place to stay!
I always stay here, when in the area, it is perfect for my needs.. pet-friendly with good dog-walking area opposite. Also with an amazingly efficient and charming cook/waitress in the restaurant!

It is what it is - an affordable low cost hotel in an area that you are planned to visit - ie 40 mionutes outside of Barcelona. The hotel is more or less identical to a campanile - you know what you are going to get because that is all you are willing to spend

Great location for the grand prix circuit.
It is 100 yards from entrance 4 at the circuit. Good location for that, not many restaurants around to eat though food good but limited in hotel

Good if only you want to sleep.
The hotel is not a bad option, is a simple one. I didn't like the bathroom of the room, was very small. The air conditioner didn't change of temperature, was hot, I didn't that was damaged because didn't work.

Unfortunately it wasn't made clear that the hotel was under refurbishment which meant limited amenities. However the hotel staff were very accommodating and they were aware of our situation and helped us immensely .

Great room and shower, don't be put off by the corridors as they look like hospital corridors, as the rooms are really nice, the reception was OK, and the service amazing, if you want to have dinner or breakfast, food is basic not as nice as nearby restaurants, but it will keep you going, and finally the cost of the room is very competitive,
