Beautiful hotel with incredible service
Wonderful hotel with outstanding service. The staff was very friendly and helpful with things to do and general info. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is right next to the Parliament and walking distance to most important tourist places.

Class and elegance from the moment you are greeted by the doorman. From all of my travels around the world, the Bellevue has one of the best hotel staffs I have ever seen….and I work in the industry.

Absolutely spectacular place! Honestly, one of most beautiful places that we have ever stayed. A spirit of excellence! All of the staff are INCREDIBLY helpful, and FAST! The food here is EXCELLENT, and everything was in perfect condition. The beds were very comfortable And the location is perfect. They treat everyone with honor

One of the best hotels in Switzerland
Location is extremely good - overlooking the river and mountains. Service is very good in the room and outside (reception, lobby, restaurant etc) Rooms are big and comfortable. Bathroom is big and has everything what one needs. Breakfast is also very good. Covid passport is required at the checkin. Free public transport ticket is provided.

Visit to Bern was special, much of it has to do with Bellevue Hotel, I liked it, very professional staff, clean, and eventhough the property dates from long ago, it’s been kept in excellent shape

What a wonderful experience. This was our first stop on our tour through Switzerland so the bar has been set high for the other hotels.

I was treated like a Queen..such beautiful furnishing, very helpful staff from taking my coat for me to changing money to the delight persons in the lovely breakfast room ! Stay here if your going to Bern..you will not be disappointed !

Fabulous hotel!
Definitely a five star experience. The Bellevue Palace is next to the Aare River and the Parliment building. Walk out the front door and you’re in old town Bern. We were upgraded to a suite at check in which was wonderful. We’re have mentioned it was our anniversary and they made our stay memorable! The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful as was the front door gentleman. The room was very clean clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Our room had a wonderful view of the river. They serve afternoon tea and have a gin bar. The hotel is perfectly located next to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. We loved our visit.
