Centrally located.

Pros: Easy to find, clean room, good night's sleep. Broke our journey well between Saskatchewan River Crossing and Grand Prairie.
Cons: Staff engagement and the breakfast.
Location: It's basically a truck stop.
The hotel was fine - large, clean room which was great. Breakfast was disappointing. Very basic, no milk, staff disinterested, clumsy hand written signs including one asking to clear your own table so the staff didn't have to! The main light in our romm didn't work though and the air con was too noisy to have on while we slept.

The room was nice. The TV had basic cable. Made it easier to fall asleep instead of watching TV all night ;)

Great hotel and beautiful views

Posted 14-Jun-2016
Pros: The staff really make every effort to be accommodating.
Cons: This is a tough question to answer as the hotel industry is hurting because oil/gas in grand cache are getting hammered.
Location: You can climb any of the mountains in the area ( Mt. Hammel), golf, fish, etc.
The staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Please keep in mind that Grand Cache is going thru tougher economic times which means even the hotel's resources are spread a lot thinner, so you have staff scrambling to maintain services and keep Monty's steakhouse open during key hours (which they're trying to sustain as well). The oil/gas industry has dropped which affects all services that support this industry including the hotel business. Grand Cache is a beautiful little town and lots to do in terms of outdoor activities.

Great location to see the mountains

Posted 02-May-2016
This is the second time I have stayed here with my girlfriend and we have enjoyed the stay both times . The lack of pool is the only thing that was quite a bummer. It's an easy to find building and provides a great view of the mountains

Booked a double queen suite. Go to check in and had me booked in a normal queen room. After 10 mins of tryn to line up another room, we ended up with a single queen suite. Our son had to sleep on pull out couch. Hes 8 so he managed fine. They also gave me the good price i booked it for online which was nice. On a comfort level, it was ur average matteress and couch. Staff was very friendly and accomendating as our whole team stayed they for a hockey tourneyment.

Newest Hotel in Grande Cache

Ok to stay but the hot tub did not work, which was the main reason we chose the Days Inn. Excellent food in the restaurant, good prices too.
