The place was not as clean as we hoped for but it was alright. The staff was nice and pleasant but we had to switch rooms twice since the toilet wouldn't flush the first night and then the second night the heating didn't work.

Toilet wouldn’t flush. Shower wouldn’t turn off. Floors were sticky. Sheets and blanket had cigarette burn holes in them. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were meh.

While the room appeared pretty clean i suggest a good wipe down of the walls or some fresh paint. Also could do without the smoke filled hallway. Id be mad if i brought my kids to a hotel and it stunk like pot. I will say bed was clean, clean towels and staff was friendly in afternoon and early evening.

Bed comforter had cigarette holes. White sheets were either stained or used. Wad of hair was under the comforter. Bathroom vent was very dusty. There was either feces or vomit all over the wall where toilet is and around the toilet paper holder and light switch. Hair & dirt in the shower. They refused to give me any type of refund. RUN from this property.

Genuinely such a bad experience. Everything was dirty, there was hair in my bed and towels, the shower hadn’t been cleaned, people were constantly stomping around above and next to us and it reeked of cigarettes dispite us having a smoke free room. There was also ants.

I am just under 5’. The elevated beds had to be at least raised 3’ from the floor. Made for an interesting way to get into bed😀slept well

There was feces on the bathroom wall. I actually cleaned it myself because I could not bear it. I would not bring my luggage into the room. The comforter had several CIGARETTE burns which hardened to a scratchy abrasive texture. I did not want to risk the possibility of microscopic danger

I love how close to work it is, buh hate that they don't have early checkins. Nor speak English well. Thought it'd be cleaner, hallways were a bit trashed. Mirrors dirty in the rooms.

Cheap Grand rapids hotel
Pretty run down inexpensive hotel. Some holes in the wall some other holes has been fixed but not repainted over, holes in the bathroom flooring, lamps missing bulbs, etc.

Honestly RUN! The place was filthy! The pillows were yellow, floor was sticky, and the sheets all had stains and looked like they hadn’t been changed! There was smoke stains on the ceiling and the microwave was disgusting! I asked for a new pillow that wasn’t yellow and new sheets, the OWNER called me a problem for asking for this. My husband walked to the office and the OWNER told another man that he will get him a clean pillow soon. NO REFUNDS and he will push you to get your credit card information for the $20 deposit. I would run there are so many better places out there for the price.

The first room had an open refrigerator with soaked towels on the floor. The second room table surfaces and floors were dirty. The bathroom sink had toothpaste stuck to the edges. Food from a previous customer was rotting in the fridge.

Cannabis smell throughout the evening. The smell from the hallways oozed into the room. Not my thing! But otherwise, this hotel was exactly what I expect from a bargain priced hotel. Had to ask for shampoo which was a bit much. No carpeting so the floors seemed clean.

Worst hotel stay ever!!!!
It was the worst stay I’ve ever had. They had mold mites. One of the drawers was broken off and laid on the coat rack. There wasn’t any shampoo. They made me deposit $25 after I had already booked the room. In which I received back but I had already booked the room.

Clean and comfortable room for a great price. Room had a small refrigerator and microwave oven but they did not provide shampoo and conditioner - just bar soap. I asked at the desk for shampoo and conditioner and they provided me with some very small bags of conditioning shampoo. It was not something that would work for me so I had to go out and buy shampoo/conditioner. For the price I would definitely stay again.
