The property was in a quiet area and the staff were helpful and personable. I had to ask for a hairdryer, which they promptly provided. The room and bed were dated and in average condition. A lot of wear and tear in kitchenette.

The kitchenette in the room was awesome. Cute little room with a nice homey feel. Microwave was missing in the room and pool was closed down - so had to go around to the sister hotel for pool/hot tub use. Convenient to local shopping, restaurants and activities.

Great staff!! Clean but shabby hotel.
The staff was awesome. The room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was good. I was EXTREMELY disappointed the the pictures didn’t match the actual conditions and that the hot tub was closed and marked off with yellow caution tape. I picked the hotel FOR A HOT TUB AND POOL. While the overall experience was good, I definitely would have picked differently if I had been aware.

The staff were professional yet very friendly and quick to accommodate our easy needs. Parking lot always had spaces open and convenient to our room. The availability of the full kitchenette was wonderful. We enjoyed the covered patio gathering space to read and dine.

Very nice hotel for families. Breakfast wasn't great but everyone else was good. Very clean and a lot of space in the rooms plus a nice size kitchenette,

I'd pass unless you have no choice..
Stayed for a baseball tournament in the area. The building exterior is definitely in need of upgrades, inside was to be kind a disaster. Room smelled like a musty cat and the tub / shower had mold on the caulk.

Horrible service
House keeping never showed up after we called the front desk and requested it. When I asked why no one showed up the response was they didn't know we needed housekeeping even though we called and spoke to the guy at the desk. Then the lady goes on to tell me they had 50 rooms checked out and nobody to clean them. I told them we needed our room cleaned and she said they usually don't clean rooms until after 4 nights. I said we need our room cleaned for the last time. Customer service is horrible and they just sitting around complaining instead of doing anything.

Terrible! Room was dirty soooo dirty. Dishes were filthy. I ordered a king suite and got a queen. The hotel pictures were not accurate at all.

Requested and charges for a King bed. Upon arrival only received a queen. Said no Kings available they had a flood that morning. Room was clean. No linens for sofa bed. Had to get at from desk.

The room had evidence of not being thoroughly cleaned. There was a chip on the tub. The heating system seemed inefficient. The pool was closed. The furniture and cushions were worn. The layout of the room was nice. The beds were comfortable. The fireplace was nice touch, and breakfast was good.

Ok to start. We couldn't stay there because they evidently were overbooked. The mgr was nice enuf to walk us next door to the Marriott, who had rooms. It was an awesome facility. We will return to Marriott!
