Close to downtown.

Stayed here for a concert. Was close enough for us to walk. Wish out room would have had a mini fridge tho.

Next time you book, we do have several different room types that offer both refrigerators and microwaves, usually at just a $10 premium. Don't stay after a concert !

Lot's of very drunk and loud people after a concert ... convenient walk for drunks to stay!

The hotel was clean and located in a great area with many restaurants and museums within walking distance. We were a little disappointed and felt that their advertising on Expedia was misleading as they said breakfast was included in our stay, but it was not. There also was no microwave or mini fridge in the room.

Thank you for posting! We do offer different rates based on what is most important to our guests. We offer a breakfast package as well as reservations without breakfast. We also have several room types that have microwaves and refrigerators already in the room! If you decide after booking that you would like a refrigerator, we also have a limited number available upon request at check in!

Good hotel for a one or two night stay.

We had a room with a king sized bed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. My only complaint is that the bathroom was extremely small and there was no sink inside the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was very low as well We ordered the breakfast in our package and I absolutely wish I hadn't. The breakfast food in the restaurant was horrible. Took one bite of bacon and couldn't chew it so I spit it out… The eggs tasted greasy like they were made on a griddle that wasn't cleaned and the potatoes were tasteless and rubbery. I tasted everything but didn't eat anything. Overall, it was a good experience for a night or two. The staff was friendly and professional and, most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower would prevent me from staying there longer.

Friendly staff - good value

Check-in at 2 a.m. was speedy, friendly, and efficient. Elevators need better lighting. Quality of food and preparation (breakfast) were pretty bad, but server quickly offered an alternative and removed the original food from the bill -- totally satisfactory solution. Nice happy hour with $3.50 well drinks. Very friendly staff, without exception. Ample free parking including a covered parking garage.

A good hotel!

Cons: A variety of soft and a bit more firm pillows for those of us who like the support.
The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel that I saw. The beds were very comfy, however the pillows were too soft for my liking. There was ample parking and the location was good, several points of interest and restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel is located next to a freeway so they give out complimentary ear plugs and/or a white noise machine which was ingenious!!! All in all it was a great place to stay!!

The hotel is very over-priced for its quality. The only reason we chose it was because it is a pet-friendly hotel in the downtown area.
