Grand Rapids Hotel Guide - Golf Hotels in Grand Rapids, Michigan

The hotel was set up thru Expedia due to a problem. It was Ok clean, staff was very helpful. When we first arrived a light didn't work and the phone was missing but one call and staff quickly responded and fixed both problems. The room could be updated effeminately but I do believe they are in that process. Nice pool, quiet rooms overall nice place to stay.

Slept comfortably! Breakfast was Great! Staff were very friendly!

This is a beautiful hotel and everyone was very nice. I was quite disappointed that some things that drew me to stay at this hotel was being renovated. I took my family on vacation to do certain things in which we couldn't do at this hotel. The plan was to get in the pool and also do something else like utilize the pool table but that area was being renovated.

It was a pleasant experience for my first time staying there. I will return.

Good hotel, fairly close to town. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I feel it was a bit pricey for one night stay, especially since it was away from town. They did offer a continental breakfast and coffee.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We purchased a King room and when we got there we realized it had a big jacuzzi tub which was a nice surprise. But when we tried to use the tub the jets didn't work. When we asked the front desk about this they said the tech who could fix it wouldn't be on until the next day (understandable), but added that they had upgraded our room (implying that they really weren't required to fix it). That part was sort of rude. The pool was wonderful and for a hotel breakfast we were pretty impressed. The hot tub in the pool area did not get hot and when we asked them about that they told us they were aware of the problem and it was being addressed. Not sure if it ever got fixed. We left some items in our hotel room and they were nice about getting them back to us. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and above average accommodations. Great location in downtown Holland.

Nice hotel, good price, comfortable bedding, but the lighting in the bathroom could be better -- brighter and warmer. LED lights come in bettr shades now.
