Country inn and suites is a very clean hotel staff is friendly and there are a lot of amenities. Also location is great. I would definitely return.

Cleanliness is always my highest priority when traveling, and this hotel has not disappointed me yet. Everything is super fresh and clean, the amenities are excellent (basement fitness room, laundry, pool and arcade) and its located in a place that is easy to get in and out of, and gives you direct access to find great places to eat in Grand Rapids. Highly recommend, will be looking to stay here every time I am in GR.

I will be staying here every time I'm in Grand Rapids from now on. This is one of the best places I've stayed at, and I travel for business frequently. Bed was comfortable, room was nice and clean, and the staff was great. The location was excellent as well, allowing great access to what GR had to offer. Wholeheartedly endorse.

It was everything I needed for a quiet evening without anything to worry about. I forgot the toothbrushes and toothpase, and I didn't have to worry. There was a brown stain in the carpet, but majority was clean.

Easy on and off expressway. Dining area roomy. Fireplace lovely. Quick check in and out. Everyone very friendly. Clean room and hotel. Even saw an employee out picking up litter in the bushes and parking lot. Our stay was very plesant. Thanks to all.

Maddy at the front desk was amazing and so helpful! We will definitely stay here again. The rooms were so clean, bedding was wonderful as were the pillows. The pool and hot tub were also clean, and the breakast that was included was a huge bonus.

Greeted by a friendly, smiling face pool, hot tub, work out room and a hot pot of coffee. That’s enough for a five star review for me! Plenty of food in the mornings although I wasn’t there to experience it, I did come in and see a lot of people enjoying breakfast looked friendly, fun and very clean. Room wasn’t the cheapest on Expedia, but that’s what I like. I will gladly pay extra for hotels like this, quiet & peaceful. Pool was nice and spacious enough even with a family and two other parties enjoying the pool we still were all able to have a fun enjoyable time.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel was well kept. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The military display was a neat touch, as well as having cookies, coffee, and tea available all day. They also had a very nice breakfast spread.
