The worst general manager
The stay was fine, but they charged me for an extra room the day after my stay. When I called to tell them this was not my room, they (the clerk and then the general manager) were rude and completely unhelpful. They said according to the housekeeping staff I checked in (WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE). When I asked them to pull the signature from the check-ins to confirm that the extra charged room was not mine, they refused and told me to take it up with Expedia and the credit card company. I called Expedia and they confirmed that the reservation was not mine, Expedia spoke with Quality Inn, and they still didn't refund the room.

While we spoke on the phone I explained that you had 8 rooms reserved. But some of them did not show up. I would have been happy to sell the rooms to someone else if you had let us know you would not need them all. I even forgave some of the no shows.
