Pretty good

Prefer sink in rest room. Did not like hearing shower in next room! Both times! Definitely appreciated front desk lady getting me a room at noon instead of 3! I was very tired!

The hotel is clean, comfortable and a great jumping off point for many area attractions. The breakfast buffet is home cooked food! Not your typical hotel breakfast, delicious! This is the second time we've stayed there and we would go back.

Close to my work place

Nice room, quiet. However, I could not get a printed receipt for my stay. I need one for my company. Can you please send one?

Just of the interstate and close to several places to eat, if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Staff is always cheerful and helpful.

Convenient to what we wanted to do.

Pros: Location primarily.
Cons: It is an older motel, but is in pretty good shape.
Location: The downtown of Grand Junction and its main street is excellent to see and browse. The Colorado National Monument is spectacular.
There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Only complaint is that we got there early and knew we couldn't get a room until 3, but thought they would lets us check in earlier and maybe would have a room already available. Has happened to us before. the lady at the desk indicated that the policy is no one checks in until 3. Not a big deal, but like to deal with people who have some versatility in their jobs and not do them bky rote.

Close to highway and food

I was very happy with the location of the hotel. It was right next to I70 and there was a ton of food choices within a mile. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good. Also, downtown was close. However, the room was so outdated and the bathroom was very far from good. Was not impressed with the room itself.

Very old hotel.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: This hotel needs a complete remodel.
Location: There are fast food restaurants close by.
I chose this hotel because it was rated 4.1. This hotel is very old not upgraded in 30 tears. The wood trim was all scuffed up everywhere, the lobby smelled bad, the furniture was old, the room smelled bad. The room was NOT clean.

Customer Service was excellent.

Very nice the minute we walked through the door to check in. Wonderful customer service. The breakfast was included and it was fantastic. The rooms are clean and the pool is a nice way to unwind from a long day. I will highly recommend my friends and family to stay when visiting.
