Very clean place. Rooms were nice and so was the staff. The work out facility needs some updating. Great place for the price.

Thank you very much. My head housekeeper has been here for more than 25 years. She runs a tight ship. I just put a new treadmill in the fitness center about 2 weeks ago. I believe there was an out of order sign on the old one while you were here. We tried to get it fixed. But the maintenance team finally told me it would be cheaper just to buy a new one. Can't beat it for the price

Great hotel for the value. It's older but very clean. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast is better than most with a lovely staff. The people truly make this hotel what it is. We stayed one night very last minute going through the mountains. It's a great pass through hotel.

Comfortable place to stay.

Pros: Nice to have the buffet for dinner after a long day of travel. Breakfast is also nice.
Cons: The only complaint is the cadet height toilets in the rooms. Comfort height toilets would be a welcome addition.
Stayed here while traveling to Las Vegas. Everything went smoothly and the staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient.

Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Everything its very dated.
Location: Close to the freeway, places to eat, convience stores.
Its a dated hotel. Close to the freeway, places to eat and convience stores. This hotel offeres breakfast which was good . Staff was very friendly.

Nice for a quick one night stay

The rooms were a littly musty, we had to vent the room out by opening the window. But they were comfortable. The door to the bathroom wouldnt lock but the breakfast was pretty yummy and freshly prepared! none of that premade just reheated stuff. There was an actual cook making the eggs and sausages and french toast and waffles.

The worst general manager

The stay was fine, but they charged me for an extra room the day after my stay. When I called to tell them this was not my room, they (the clerk and then the general manager) were rude and completely unhelpful. They said according to the housekeeping staff I checked in (WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE). When I asked them to pull the signature from the check-ins to confirm that the extra charged room was not mine, they refused and told me to take it up with Expedia and the credit card company. I called Expedia and they confirmed that the reservation was not mine, Expedia spoke with Quality Inn, and they still didn't refund the room.

While we spoke on the phone I explained that you had 8 rooms reserved. But some of them did not show up. I would have been happy to sell the rooms to someone else if you had let us know you would not need them all. I even forgave some of the no shows.
