The worst general manager

Posted 24-Oct-2017
The stay was fine, but they charged me for an extra room the day after my stay. When I called to tell them this was not my room, they (the clerk and then the general manager) were rude and completely unhelpful. They said according to the housekeeping staff I checked in (WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE). When I asked them to pull the signature from the check-ins to confirm that the extra charged room was not mine, they refused and told me to take it up with Expedia and the credit card company. I called Expedia and they confirmed that the reservation was not mine, Expedia spoke with Quality Inn, and they still didn't refund the room.

While we spoke on the phone I explained that you had 8 rooms reserved. But some of them did not show up. I would have been happy to sell the rooms to someone else if you had let us know you would not need them all. I even forgave some of the no shows. Large Hotel near everything

Posted 19-Oct-2017
The in house kitchen is a plus. Breakfast buffet is included in room stay. Did not even hear freeway traffic even though it was only a few blocks away.

Nice hotel off the beaten path.

Good customer service. Very nice and reasonably priced evening buffet and complimentary breakfast. Great place to stop in Utah.

Close to interstate

Posted 27-Sep-2017
Great for an overnight stay while travelibg. It is close to the interstate, restaurants, and gas station. Better than average breakfast in the morning.

Pros: Great location.
Cons: Modify parking areas.
Location: Great location. It is near many gas stations.
Our stay was very quick. Would like to have stayed longer and will make an effort to visit some time in the near future.

I am glad that you had a good time. Grand Junction is an awesome place. If you come back to the area ask for me. I would be happy to give you some ideas for things to do. We even print out mapquest directions for guests. Sincerely, Rick Martindale General Manager Quality Inn

Ok stay

Posted 18-Sep-2017
Pros: Location was good. Very convenient to I70.
Cons: New carpets in the rooms might justify over #100 a night.
Location: See above.
Staff was very friendly. They did not have our reservation but were able to accommodate us. There were several stains on the floor of the room. Also there were not enough electrical plugs in the room. Pricing was uneven. Varied between $69 and $107 a night. Just because of a change of the day of the week? I understand supply and demand but tought this to be a bit much for a week's stay that was paid in advance.

Great breakfast helpful front desk

Breakfast was amazing! Homemade salsa...awesome. Front desk person was helpful. The hotel room was large. It is a little dated. I would stay again.
