We did not like anything at all. I think, we must be refunded our money. The room horrible. Beds/ matresses old wnd worn out. Bed sheets- dirty. Florr-dirty. Breakfast -cold and non fresh, Doors: No locks, no dead bolts, Pillows_ Like toeal wrapped to make pillows. Not a single point is likable.

The towels were dirty, there was hair in the shower, there was a dirty comb on the floor. The room smelled of smoke and mold and dirt. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here at all. It was ridiculous I didn’t feel safe and the rooms were dirty and disgusting. Other customers would agree with me about not feeling safe as there was a lady who was talking to someone at the front desk who didn’t seem to care at all. Ridiculous

It was awful! Tub was plugged..room was filthy..pretty sure there was prostitution going on in the room next door..Disgusting all the way around. NEVER AGAIN!

The place was very noisy. You could hear the next-door unit with their TV going all night long. There was an overflowing trash dumpster right in front of the room that was a mess. And the pool looked like a construction zone again right in front of the unit. Unacceptable

Freezing cold room, staff were nice enough to offer a second floor room which I would suggest in winter. It was a hour before I took my 800 down jacket off. Pillows were horrendous and bed blankets thin but bed was comfortable. All items listed were available. Breakfast very basic but at this price it is a good place to stay. If you can afford more I would consider another motel. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Expectations 10/10 Reality 2/10 Pros: close to stores, restaurants, banks, airport, easy and fast check-in. Cons: everything else pretty much. Building looks old. Mini-fridge = DISGUSTING (see pictures) both fridge and freezer. (Freezer 7x more disgusting than fridge) Dead animals (big insect - dead in the bathroom) Smell - inside of the room was OK- normal. Smell - outside - Marihuana - no matter what time of the day or night. Customers: 98% (negative vibe) Door (room) locks were broken. Chain was broken and hadn’t been fixed. (See pictures below) Breakfast: OK (fast breakfast) - cereal, juice, yogurt , fruit (apples and bananas) Overall: if you are traveling with kids, it is NO NO. If you are by yourself, it is a NO. If you need a place to sleep just for one night, maybe.

needs a thorough deep clean. stains on the carpet from the door all the way to the bathroom, dirty walls and door, stain on bedspread, tv didn't work, desk chair was so worn the vinyl was missing on the seat and back, we have stayed here before and found this hotel to be a nice place to stay. the property now is neglected and we won't stay here again.

You Get What You Paid For
The door to the back hallway was jammed open and the shower drain was covered with mineral deposits. Lots of people staying there seemed to have pets. Based upon the price maybe what I saw was not a surprise.

Felt unsafe and dirty
Was assigned to the furthest room possible which was okay, but had to go back to the front desk twice because the keys didn’t work. I asked if I could move to a closer room since I felt unsafe (there were some sketchy guys and vehicles). Fortunately the lady working there was nice and moved me closer. When I got in to the room, the carpets were stained, white bedding looked dirty, hole in the bathroom wall, and it just felt overall dirty. The bed itself had awful stains and I decided to leave right away. I wasn’t even in the room for more than 3 minutes. The pictures on the website do not depict what the actual rooms look like in person. I didn’t even ask for a refund or even tell the front desk lady because I wanted to get away ASAP. I have never experienced that before and I stay in hotels frequently.

The check in staff was great, the breakfast was better than other days inn, the room condition was in need of updating -which was clearly in progress so I can’t hold that against them too much as they where working on the issues.Some carpet stains, general up keep things like leaking showers, paint chips etc, but what really killed the quality of stay was waking up to find my dog had found the previous guests left some unmentionables in the room, toys if you will… and not dog toys.

Aging motel catering to pet owners. Place is on its last legs and should be renovated or demo’d. Good location on “motel row”, good restaurants near by and downtown is just a 10 min drive.

Not a comfortable stay!
Disappointed at the condition of the Days Inn in Grand Junction on Horizon. Pretty run down! The parking lot had old trash, i.e. old mattresses, and old trailer with trash and car parts and junk. I was there 4 nights and no one ever came to clean up my room, empty trash or restock any necessities! It was not clean when I got there but the bed was made. I had to go to the office twice because my keys didn’t work, and having to climb up and down the stairs twice both times. The refrigerator froze all my food and I couldn’t get it to turn down or even off. I had to unplugged it overnight. When I first arrive, there a window that was open and there wasn’t a screen. I had to deal with flies for a couple hours. Flipped side the front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and apologetic when taking care of my keys.

The garbage in the parking lot was overflowing and there were mattresses by the side. The room was dirty and stains on the carpet. The tub looked like it had never been cleaned. There were several light bulbs burned out. The room had a dirty smell. It was disgusting! Don't stay here!

Oh boy. This place was bad. Bathtub looked as if it had never been cleaned. Carpet was stained and sticky. Walls and ceiling had multiple stains. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Tv services not working, room not ready by check in time, roaches in the walls between the bathroom and entry (would come out at night so…..). Lastly fridge…freezer had no door and shelves not adjustable at all. Left early…bored since we couldn’t watch any tv.

We found a bed bug in the morning after we had slept all night in the bed. We noticed several mattresses stacked next to the dumpster which makes me think they knew they have bed bugs. They refunded us for the rooms but it will cost me way more than one nights hotel stay if we end up being bed bugs home😡.

The mattress by the dumpster are not due to bed bugs. They are older one that have been replaced something we do every3 to 5 years.. I apologize for the bed bug but they come in with guest and we to our best to make sure we catch any early. I am sorry we did not find this before you checked in. The guest the previous night did not mention a problem and housekeeping did not note any when bedding was changed. I am very sorry you had this experience.

The airconditioner didn't work correctly. The cable television did not work. Went to the desk and was told "Oh yeah, the cable hasn't been working for a few days and that I wouldn't need the air conditioner or heater because of the weather. If I would have been aware of the co ditions of this property I would never have stayed there. Will never stay at these properties again or get a reservation with Expedia because the description or rating was not accurate at all.

They were letting bums and homeless people use the rooms to shower, sleep and the breakfast bar to eat. There were lots and LOTs of bums and construction. Specifically Ashley at the front desk was letting them cart out-litterially an arm full of food. There was blood on the wall by shower. Dirty floors and green snot on the pillow case which I exchanged with Ashley. The washer and dryer was covered in dog hair and dirt in the dryer vents.
