Everything is very outdated. No extra blankets. Service at the front was rude. One bed in the room had a crator in it....completely shot in the middle. Walls are super thin. Not enough breakfast options. All in all, just needs to be updated!

Well, we found a pair of pink panties on the office chair that was tucked under the desk. It was a surprise when we got home when my wife informed me they were not hers. I had collected them with our dirty clothes before checking out.

It's a comfortable room. There's construction through the day because they're adding a new hot tub. Rooms could use an update. Not a fan of carpeting in hotel rooms. No counter space in the bathroom.

We booked 2 nights and a severe winter storm was coming in so we tried to cancel the 2nd night when we checked in. The front desk staff said we needed to contact Expedia so we did. We were told they would send an email requesting approval. Later we were told by hotel staff they had not yet been contacted and since we were paying Expedia it needed to be approved by Expedia before they could approve it. Expedia told me just the opposite and then said they never got a reply from the hotel so we were told to check out by 11am so we would not be told we never checked out. So we did and had to find things to do from 11am-5pm because of the reason we were in that town (activity was at 6 and planned to leave town at 8pm due to incoming weather that night). In the end we never received approval for canceled night and had to pay for both nights even with the attempts of canceling.

The hotel was very dark and staff were not available for several minutes to check us in. After check in we noticed there were several things not cleaned in our hotel room including soap left in the shower, dirty towels pretending to be clean, tv not properly working, and lamps were not able to turn on. It was a very gloomy room. The only upside was the comfy rooms. I will stay elsewhere from now on. Pool area was ok. Hot tubs were being replaced and that’s about all. Breakfast was average. Thankfully I had leftovers from the night before.

This is an older building, but is was clean. Staff were very pleasant as we checked in late. Breakfast was also not bad either. Would stay here again.

Check-in and check-out was handled by efficient and friendly staff. Breakfat selection was good. The pool and hot tub area is nice with plenty of tables and loungers and several hot tubs, as well as a kiddie pool.
