I reserved two rooms, one for me and my wife and 2nd room for our three kids. Despite the hotel being almost completely booked due to a very busy weekend, Vanessa made sure to keep our rooms next to each other. Having our kids next to our room made our stay much more relaxing. Thank you Vanessa for your thoughtfulness"
