"Room clean, pet friendly( not necessarily good thing) dogs bark sometimes. hall a little bit noisy and air conditioned very loud specially every time it starts. All is just okay. It does the job but the building is old and sometimes you get funny smells too. Good price, is okay but not a modern fancy please. You do get free coffee though 👍👏 😅"

"The home was showing its age. It wasn’t cleaned very well. The pictures of the pool are misleading. What appears to be a hot tub, is not a hot tub. Painted sinks and showers in the bathrooms are peeling. The lawn was not mowed recently. Weeds in the backyard were pretty tall. It has potential, but needs a little love. "

"This was an awesome place in a very convenient location. The house was spotless and well appointed. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The value for the money here is fantastic, and the host was very responsive. The only thing I would recommend is leaving a porch light on when guests are arriving. It was very dark with no street lights in the vicinity of the house, and it made opening the lock box on the door very difficult. It was a very nice stay!"

"Very clean. Pool heatpump was impressive, very nice warm pool, better to be here then back home with snow. Dog enjoyed back yard, entertained by a regular squirrel. Host was responsive and pleasure to deal with. Would stay again, beds very comfortable. This was our 3rd VRBO rental and we brought alot of kitchen tools which were not needed here. We only used our large electric griddle for pancakes, rubber tongs and large pancake flipper. Kitchen had lots of plates, silverware, glasses, decent knife set, etc. Enjoyed using the large cast iron pan to sear steaks before grilling. Had not been to this area before, much nicer than expected and easy drive to multiple beaches and St Augustine."

"The house is located in a quiet, friendly and well cared for neighbourhood. We loved the pool and the house overall exceeded our expectations. The host (Alina) was very customer focused and she made sure that we had a truly relaxing and enjoyable 30 day stay. We are planning 2 months at this property next year. Thank you."
