Clean, newly renovated motel

The room is really clean and new. Every thing work well. Staff is a little less friendly. Breakfast could be improved but for that's ok for the price. Hotel is quiet and Wifi run fast.

Hotel is in terrible part of town.

This hotel is in the worst part of town in Flagstaff. It also is an old motel that was just "renovated". Still has a lot of issues. For example the sinks don't have cold water, the shower bars aren't attached to the walls and the ventilation in the bathroom looked moldy. Would definitely not stay here again.

Good overnight/passing-through-town place to stay

Pros: Room was nice and warm when I entered (it's January).
Cons: The TV / Cable box was not working.
Location: Centrally located on Route 66 in Flagstaff - coffee shops and gas stations close by.
It's central, it's clean, you can arrive after hours with no hassle.

decent hotel for thexample price.

I was only there literally for 8 hours, just to sleep after a quick hour drive. The staff did not have excellent customer service. I get a call as I am driving demanding to give him a credit card. I asked if it was possible to settle once I arrived and he said no. You get what you pay for.

Stayed on the way back from Grand Canyon

Pros: The price.
Location: I don't know.
I was traveling back from the Grand Canyon to Phoenix and was too tired to make the drive at night. The room was clean and I felt safe. A railroad is nearby, but it didn't wake me up (I am a light sleeper). The breakfast was ok, but I didn't expect much based n the price of the room. I would stay here again.

Locked Out

Original Room (267) would not open, and Staff questioned weather I knew how to open door correctly. Room would not even open for Master Key. Second room (271), had to have card reset twice. Could have got a better breakfast at local homeless shelter. If you want to be ripped off, this place is for you!

The hotel is dated, it needs repairs here and there. The beds were really comfortable . We would stay again.

Good location

The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed on New Year's Eve so very pricy for what it was. Breakfast was horrible, slim selection. Only white processed carbs, no fruit or protein of any kind.
