Hotel is not ok for family.

No hot water for shawer 2 bulbs (lamps) out of order, two kings bed are welcome for us only.

Smelly

Once I opened the door to the room it smelt like cigarettes like someone was smoking in the room. My hair, clothes, the bed, and the air in the room smelt like smoke... My son's Allergies started and didn't stop until I got air freshener so he could sleep. It was difficult to sleep because I inhaled smokey air.

I don't want a sleep again this area. The receptionist so rude and I don't understand their action. Never again~~~

Will never go there again!!

I will never go to this hotel again!! Check-in...the man behind the desk didn't say more than 5 words to me. He ran my credit card but printed out a receipt that had a totally different amount on it. When I questioned the man, he just told me to sign the paper and didn't explain anything. Our room was ok...upon first looks. Our shower didn't work, and I had to complain the next morning, which they did fix. The room smelled like smoke, which we got a non-smoking room. Our beds...the pillows were horrible and there was something in my bed that bite me all over!! The people that stayed in the rooms close to us...smoked outside and the smoke came right into our room. This was a horrible experience all the way around. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Cons: Front desk clerk~~ we couldn't understand him, thick accent. We tried to call on the phone before we went and couldnt understand him so gave up
Location: Close to Riordan Mansion and not far from old town...great location!!! Galaxy Diner was so cool, great breakfast!!
Hotel was close to town, but breakfast was a little sad, we were hoping for fresh fruit.........coffee tasted watered down.

Nice but external floor coverings grossly poor.

Pros: Rooms recovered well.
Cons: Stairwell and external floor coverings in very poor state
Wyndham has very different standards of quality... need to focus

Affordable clean convenient

Not fancy, but fit the bill. The bed was really uncomfortable. But there was a pancake machine at breakfast!

When we went to check in there was no one at the desk. After 20 minutes of waiting someone finally showed up, and of course was difficult because he had to actually do something. The lobby was full of people and difficult to navigate, the walls were paper thin and we could hear children obnoxiously screaming all night. Would not recommend.

disappointing hotel with unhelpful staff

Pros: nothing
Cons: attitude of staff, condition of rooms, better signage to make more visible from road, as it sits back and behind hotel next door.
Location: Grand Canyon is primary attraction, but also close to Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon.
not as represented online. Staff unhelpful at check-in and check-out. Room seedy and outdated. Staples sticking up out of carpeting. Inadequate signage at road, so difficult to locate.
