worst hotel experience ever!

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING
ARRIVED AT 430 AND ROOM WAS NOT READY, HAD TO WAIT 20 MINUTES OUTSIDE FOR IT TO BE READY. THEN PULLED BACK BEDSPREAD TO REVEAL TWO LARGE STAINS IN THE TOP SHEET FROM GOD KNOWS WHAT. WENT TO FRONT DESK TO ASK BED TO BE RE-MADE, FRONT DESK (WHO I THINK WAS THE OWNER) SAID THE MAID LEFT FOR THE DAY. HAD TO PUSH TO GET ANOTHER BEDSHEET, AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD LEAVE IT IN THE ROOM. WHEN WE GOT BACK FROM DINNER, NO BEDSHEET, SO I HAD TO GO BACK TO THE DESK TO REQUEST. SHE LED ME TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM, GOT A SHEET, WENT TO REMAKE THE BED AND THIS ONE HAD OLD BLOOD STAINS ON IT! WENT BACK TO THE FRONT DESK, WAS LED TO LAUNDRY AGAIN, ASKED FOR TWO SHEETS THIS TIME AND FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET SOME SLEEP. NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING. JUST AN EXCUSE THAT THEY GET LAUNDRY SERVICE SO HOW COULD SHE KNOW. BUT THE MAIDS WOULD NOTICE THESE STAINS. GROSS!

This time around our room didn't smell like smoke it was really easy to sleep. I could stay in my room all day if I could but had to do somethings during the day. A/C was perfect! But I felt I had to leave right away because they were redoing the parking lot and I had to move my car. I wasn't told that they were gonna be redoing the parking lot if I was I would have requested the other side of the hotel.

Clean hotel.

Hotel room was very clean. Staff were friendly. The bed was really hard but other than that it was a good stay.

Okay for a one night stay.

Pros: I chose it for the proximity to the NAU campus.
Cons: Need better pillows and maybe change the carpet or at least put a nice rug over the stains. The front desk staff are not very friendly, either.
The sheets and towels were clean, and the bathroom was decent enough, but the carpet had stains/burn marks. The t.v. didnʻt work, but someone did come the next day to fix it. The pillows need to be replaced!! They were so small and flat that I ended up sleeping without one.

Hotel is not ok for family.

No hot water for shawer 2 bulbs (lamps) out of order, two kings bed are welcome for us only.

Smelly

Once I opened the door to the room it smelt like cigarettes like someone was smoking in the room. My hair, clothes, the bed, and the air in the room smelt like smoke... My son's Allergies started and didn't stop until I got air freshener so he could sleep. It was difficult to sleep because I inhaled smokey air.

I don't want a sleep again this area. The receptionist so rude and I don't understand their action. Never again~~~
